We recently purchased the Angie's list coupon for a Major Appliance Repair. We knew we needed a service call but weren't sure what we would be looking at in terms of a repair since our LG washer had completely died. Mr. Charles was extremely prompt and courteous in his communications and it did not take long to get an appointment. When he arrived, his manner and work were very professional. He diagnosed that we needed to replace the control board. We discussed the cost and new vs. refurbished parts. He left me with a quote and knowing that the price was a factor, he even did further research on finding the best price on the parts. In the end, we have decided to abandon the washer repair and get a new one, but I would definitely call Mr. Charles again for other problems.

Jim accepted an appointment right away, came by that day at exactly the appointed time, located the problem (a glass bead had slid out of a pocket and gotten lodged somewhere) within minutes and fixed the issue promptly. He also performed needed cleaning and maintenance and gave us lots of useful information about dryers in general and ours in particular. Could not have been more professional, responsive, helpful and neat in how he went about his business. We'll definitely hire him again when we need anything of this nature.

It went great Jim the person who did my service was super. He worked with me every step of the way. Would definitely rehire.

Purchased the coupon deal for $99 including service call (up to 2 trips) and one hour of labor. Scheduled the apt fairly quickly and provided a standard 4 hour window to arrive. About mid-way through the window service guy, James C., called and said he would be onsite within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had parts on the truck to do the repair. Very courteous and even vacuumed up the inside and surrounding area that had excess lint. Overall a good experience and service. Would recommend and hire again.

The dishwasher has a real bad odor. I described the issue to the technician. He told me I needed a new drain motor. The motor was replaced. I mentioned to the tech the dishwasher still has an odor and he said it's something about the garbage disposal needs to be vented. This may have been the case all along I'm not sure why the drain motor needed to be replaced.

I was not home, but the dishwasher is working now. I have used Home Systems several times now and have been satisfied.

I had gotten an estimate from a well known appliance repair and they wanted $398.00. James found and fixed the problem quickly. He also checked out my stove burner that wasn't lighting properly and took a look at the fridge too. All this was covered under the trip fee of $95.

It was for a large appliance repair. That was fine. It was the same week it was purchased it. I want to say there were some parts that still had to be paid for, the $129 was just for the labor.

Fantastically well. The issue was resolved completely with one visit. Details: I dealt with Jim by phone to schedule the work, which he was able to fit in quickly, and David came to the house to do the work. He had to work slowly and patiently to remove the panel inside the fridge without damaging the visible portions, due to the ice accumulation. He correctly diagnosed the issue and reassembled everything, taking care to tape up the concealed styrofoam backing behind the panel. The next morning, there was still moisture, so I called and we decided to order a part. Two days later, no moisture - I called again, and Jim not only cancelled the order but did not charge a restocking fee. During all this, I was texting back and forth with David to make sure he thought this was the best course to take. He was really patient with all my questions (I like to understand as much as possible about the tech, the repair, etc.). Great guy. The repair has held now for three weeks. Very happy.

It was a quick fix, door and filter cleaning issue.

I was very pleased with all of my interaction with this company, especially the technicians who fixed and then replaced the ice maker. They gave me the option of seeing if a minor fix would work before replacing the ice maker. Although, in the end, the ice maker needed to be replaced, I appreciated the option to see if the less expensive fix would work.

Very well. David arrived on time promptly as scheduled. Very personal and professional. Quickly able to diagnose problem and offer solution. Ordered part and returned 3 days later as scheduled to install. Works great.

According to my tenant, the technician only had to trip a switch, but I received no direct feedback from the technician.

Everything went great! I purchased the deal on 7/17/17, hoping but not really expecting to get an appointment so soon. It's 7/20/17 and my oven is up and running again (in less than an hour) thanks to David! I'm very satisfied overall from scheduling to repair. Everyone I encountered with this company was very professional, knowledgeable and understanding of my needs.
