Description of Work: My washing machine leak turned out to be an easy fix, but the service man did the job quickly and at a reasonable cost. He even did a couple tweaks which made the machine run smoother. Great service.

Description of Work: Jim came to look at our dishwasher. He'd been here 4 months ago - for what turned out to be a different problem. We were not even sure whether to have the washer looked at again (for another service charge) since we thought we might just have to buy a new one. Jim fit us into his schedule, figured out what was wrong, and gave us a huge break on the service. We weren't in the market for another washer, and now we don't need one. He was extremely professional at all times.

Description of Work: The washing machine stopped working on Memorial Day weekend. I called several businesses late on Saturday, and left messages with fingers crossed. Jim, the owner, called me back on Sunday morning and said he could come out on Monday morning- the holiday! He was here by 8:00, did a complete diagnostic check of the front-loading machine, fixed the problem, and shared advice about how to avoid the problem in the future. We will definitely call Home Systems in the future and I've already shared his name with my neighbor.

Description of Work: Jim was very helpful, and always went above and beyond duty. I found him on Angie's list, when I first had an issue with my dishwasher. He suggested a fix over the phone which worked, and that amazed me. I don't know too many repairmen that solve problems without an outlay of cash. |When he fixed my oven, he had to order a part which I paid for, but didn't charge me for his second visit when he installed it. I very much appreciate Angie's List for recommending him.

Description of Work: Jim fixed our broken refrigerator. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, efficient and cleaned up after his visit. He came the next day after my initial call. He explained his billing up front so there were no surprises.

Description of Work: Repair water limiter on washer, checked filter, checked basin.

Description of Work: I called Home Systems Appliance to fix a dryer issue(dryer stop blowing hot air). They called me promptly and the dispatched a serviceman the next day. Diagnosed and fixed dryer in less than 2hrs. In fact, dryer is running better than ever!! The only issue maybe the price...but I guess you pay for great A1 service.

Description of Work: James came out and noted that our refrigerator/freezer's problem was still under warranty; he had me call the manufacturer who had a repairman come out the next day. All repairs were covered under warranty.. James was incredibly polite and punctual. I will absolutely call again. A+++++
