Home Systems Appliance Repair came out and serviced my refrigerator. HomeAdvisor called them on a holiday July 4th Thur and they came out the same day. When everyone else was closed they were open. The technician spent a few hours, and was very pleasant and professional, before leaving my refrigerator was operational. I need some parts which has to be ordered, but it is up and operational while I wait for the parts. Great Service, I will definitely recommend and use them again.

Ask questions to be sure you are understood. Mike was exceptionally knowledgeable and diagnosed both issues we had.

On time, knowledgeable, got the job done

I received a phone call promptly and the technician came within a few hours. The problem was determined quickly and the part was ordered at that time. It took some time to get the right part but this was due to the supplier mislabeling the box part. I was kept up to date with what was going on an the refrigerator is working good now. My technician Mike was very good and took time to make sure things were working as it should before he left.

We were very pleased with everything about this company. Our dryer was fixed quickly and even though the dryer is very old, the technician had the parts needed in his van!!! He was polite and very nice. His name is David.

It was a good response and timely manner. Mr David knew exactly what to do got the Job done and now I'm washing clothes again.I did think supposed to get a free estimate but he didn't just got a flat rate.IT'S done and washing again. Thanks and be Blessed.

The technician was extremely prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything.

David was the repairman that came to repair my oven which was not coming on. After he found out what the problem was he went to his truck and found that he had the part on his truck which I was glad because otherwise he would have to order it. He installed the part while the whole time he was courteous funny and overall a pleasant person. He also gave me some other advice about my oven which I found helpful. Thanks David keep up the good work!!!!

My 8-year old Refrigerator stopped cooling. Home Systems returned my phone call within the hour, and scheduled appointment for next day. The serviceman David was courteous and efficient; and he quickly diagnosed the problem (fortunately, not the compressor!) Parts were ordered and installed the very next day. The service price was very reasonable, which was offset by the service call fee. Very reliable company. I've already shared Home Systems' phone number with several neighbors.

Somebody contacted me within 3 minutes of hitting the button to request quotes. The guy said he was available that day and he was at our office within 15 minutes (I was shocked at how fast he got there). He figured out the issue with the fridge and fixed it. very professional and polite. I would definitely call him again! I believe our technicians name was James. Great customer service!

My GE dryer broke down on me - so I requested repair service on HomeAdvisor. Once the service guy came in - he quickly (like literally in 15 seconds) discovered the problem. Basically the knob which is used to set the timer was broken. He replaced the knob, and the dryer started working. Including replacement and explaining the issue to me, it took him around 3 minutes to get the dryer up and running. He then proceeded to write the bill, and charged me $132.98. Basically $125 trip fee + $7.98 for the parts. I personally should have reconsidered hiring them in the first place because of the $125 trip fee - which i believe is extremely high. Cant really judge the service because it was an easy in/out fix - however, from a value for money perspective, I simply cannot recommend them. Update: Might have been a misunderstanding, but I got a refund for the trip fee.

I made an inquiry for appliance service and was immediately contacted by Home Systems Appliance Repair. Unfortunately m they missed the appointment - but Jim immediately went above and beyond to fix that - Dave came out - issue with my ice maker was fixed- he also looked at my oven- very thorough on the check- and I decided to have him fix that as well. was back two days later and now that works. He followed up to make sure everything was fine. Very pleasant experience as far as repairs go. Would hire them again and have referred them already to neighbors.

I hired Home Systems for a dryer repair. Jim was timely and walked me through the whole repair so I understood the issue and solution. One thing to note, the base service fee is $95, which is a little higher than some other competitors.

I called, desperate for ASAP service for my warm refrigerator. David came out the next day, ordered the part and gave me a temporary fix to save my food. He called me the next morning just to see how things were going! He arrived that afternoon and installed the replacement part. GREAT customer service!

Prompt reply to need for service. James was very professional and polite. Though I had researched the dishwasher issue and was fairly certain I knew what needed to be repaired, he evaluated all of the possible problems instead of leaping into the most obvious. No mess left behind, and I've already referred him to friends who were very pleased with his work.
