Great to be able to have someone come to ME that knew what they were doing!

My home desk top computer crashed so I made an appointment with Harford PC Tech (Glenn). When Glenn did not show up at the scheduled time, I called and he said he was running late and was on his way. After arriving 45 minutes late, he did a complete diagnostics of my computer and determined that the hard drive was bad. He was very competent , polite, and answered all my questions. His price was true to the estimate and very reasonable compared to other providers in the area . A few weeks later, I decided to make another appointment for him to replace the hard drive. He never showed up for that appointment and never returned my phone messages. I wasted my whole day waiting to hear back from him. I never bothered to contact him again to find out why he never showed up, and decided to make alternate arrangements to get my computer repaired.

I talked to Glen 9/21. I explained our connectivity problems with the Internet. We hoped to get a weekend appointment but he was not available the coming weekend. Since we work 90 miles from home, he kindly agreed to schedule an appointment for 7pm the following evening, 9/22. My husband and I both arranged to leave work early (4:15 pm) so that we could be home timely for the appointment. We arrived home shortly after 6:30. When he hadn't shown up by 7:30, I called him. He answered. I identified myself and reminded him we had a 7:00 p.m. appointment. He apologized and said he screwed up. He asked if he could reschedule. I told him that if he wasn't reliable enough to show up the first time, I wasn't interested in rescheduling. He said he understood. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy, but that is no way to conduct business.

Mr Davis was prompt, professional and did the job of getting my printer working again
