Amazing service! We woke without heat, and they were at our home within the hour. Honest assessment and very fair price.

It didn't go to well. The tech didn't make it to the first scheduled appointment because he was held over from other appointments. The appointment was scheduled for the morning but they did call around 2pm saying they couldn't make it and needed to reschedule. Not that big of a deal because things happen. The second appointment was scheduled for Sunday morning, only this time no call no show. When I spoke to someone at the company I was told they received a lot of no heat calls and couldn't make it out. Again, not that much of a big deal but someone should have called to say no one was coming. Long story short, based on my experience with them so far i dont think they deserve the high rating they have on this system. Their high rating is the reason I decided to call them in the first place. At this point I feel like I wasted 6 days when I could have went with another company. Hopefully they will read this and if nothing else, learn to call their customers letting them know they can't make an appointment instead of just not showing up. Most jobs this will get you fired and that's what I did after the second time, fired them and went with another company.

Prompt service at a reasonable price. Serviced three systems and replaced low Freon on one unit.

Rich was great. My AC went out on the day that I moved in to my new house. What a bummer. I called Rich and he came out the same day. He diagnosed the problem and had me up and running in under an hour. The wife and I can now enjoy our new home. Thanks Rich!

Griff's is amazing. The installed a new AC unit in my rental unit. The price was awesome but the service was out this world. We ran into a snag with the permit and Rich did everything to ensure the permit went through, EVEN coming out minutes after having a wisdom tooth pulled. From Kym, to Rich to their son this is an amazing team. If you HVAC work go no further then them.

He was very prompt and fit us in on a Sunday when a national company cancelled our appointment. We were extremely appreciative and found him very knowledgeable and very courteous.

Our furnace stopped working overnight. It was making noises as if it was going to kick on but nothing would happen. I called the HVAC company I'd most recently used and they were booked. I found Griff's on Angie's List and called at 8:20 am. The office was polite, friendly, and professional, and they were able to take the job. I was quoted a price for the diagnostic visit and the tech was here by 9:30 am. He went over the system, was able to repair a broken wire lead without having to replace parts and we were up and running again. I was very happy with the service and will use and recommend Griff's in the future.

After a quick phone call in the morning explaining our situation, we had Rich at our house within an hour. The work was timely and professional .. we definitely use them again.

Woke up and did not have heat. Called first thing in the morning. Rich told me he could fit me in the pm but would stop by before he went to his first job to see if he had to pick up a part. While he was here, he was able to fix the problem. Very professional.

The A/C unit needed a small part replaced, which they had on hand. Service was quick, courteous, and reasonable....what more could you ask for? Plus, this was a Sunday emergency call during one of the hottest days in the summer with thunderstorms headed our way.

Mr Griffin and his son came and did an excellent job putting in a new A/C and heating system explained to me how to maintain them finish within the time frame and left my basement clean. I called two days later to asked a question and got and Mr Griffin respond within five minutes.I will use their service again and recommend them.

The project was handled in parts with two teams but done in consecutive days with exception of a one day lapse. The first crew handled the duct work install which I'm happy to say was done neatly and with far less disruption than anticipated. The second crew took care of all equipment installation, electric, coolant, and drain lines as well as testing system after installation. The owner Rich was on site and tested the system with me and made sure I was up to speed on how to operate the thermostat. Would definitely recommend this company to others without hesitation. It's a pleasure coming home to a cool home and knowing I won't have to wrestle with window air conditioners any longer. Thanks to all involved for a job well done.

It got hot the Friday before Memorial Day (Monday) so we turned on the AC for the first time. All it did was trip the breaker. I had to wait until the next Tuesday to even get to make appointments for quotes. Griff's Heating and Air came through with the best quote for the same or comparable equipment. We scheduled a date and they showed up on time. They worked until the job was done and tested. They left our home cleaner than it was when they arrived. We are very satisfied, and quite comfortable.

Griff's was very professional and curteous. They worked around our schedule without question and were very prompt. After system was in, we had concerns how the new ducting was set up, so Griffs was quick to remove ducting and repkace with what looked much better. Would recommend Griffs to anyone that wants the best deal for their money with the promise to address any future concerns we may have with the new system.

Arrived on time on the date promised. Removed the old furnace and air conditioner. Installed the new furnace and heat pump. Removed all the old materials and hauled them away. The night before the big snow storm hit the furnace went out. Mr. Griffin and his son battled the already slick roads and drove 20+ miles to get to us. He found the problem, which turned out to be nothing to do with the new installation, solved the problem, and said it was a curtesy call and left. When it came time for a new hot water heater we knew who to call.

Everything went great, the duct work was installed through out the home and the workers did a great job cleaning up after themselves, the outside unit and the line set was very nicely done as well, the line set is incased and secured to the brick wall that blends in with the side of the house, the main unit is mounted to a plastic tray that is set on a gravel bed to keep it from any standing water. I was given a quote and a scope of work that was going to be done with in a certain time frame, there was no additional cost and they completed the install on time, I am very satisfied with my new HVAC system. Just one more thing to add, I received a phone call a couple weeks after the install to see if everything was working properly, you don't hear of this to often these days.
