I wasn't completely thrilled with them so I wouldn't recommend them. They weren't terrible but the experience wasn't great and I had to fight to have issues taken care of. It wasn't the best experience ever. It was hard to even get them to come out and look at it because of the failure of the product itself. I had to throw an absolute fit to get them to come out. Once they realized there was an issue, they replaced the carpet but up to that point, it was very difficult to even get them to return a phone call. I don't know if I got gouged on the price or got a reasonable price. The carpet they were carrying was subpar. They were here when they said they would be. I might go back to them if I couldn't find somebody else but I would look around.

They did a great job! The installers didn't come across as the friendliest guys, but they got the job done right and it was done quickly. The sales staff at the showroom were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. I'd hire them again!
