Description of Work: Greg was great! This was our first time buying a home and man did he make it easy! he even made it so we didn't have to put a single penny down at settlement. We had an appraisal issue and he worked through and got us the lower price AND all the sellers help even though they threatened to walk away. I would and have recommended him to everyone I know. There's a reason why he's agent of the year. I couldn't have asked for someone better or more versed and professional to help us out.
