Could not be happier. This was a large project, more then 700 linear feet of fence. Charlie and the office team were excellent!!. Any question that I had or concern was quickly answered. Excel was willing to work with me as a individual and I felt like the owner and the entire install team cared about my project and treated the project as if it was their house.

Received several estimates for a vinyl fence installation from other companies, however, Excel had the lowest price. The installation was smooth, fast and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Charlie and his team at Excel was amazing. He was extremely helpful in explaining the process and helping me select the options I had for the fence. He was patient and understanding while I dealt with issues from my HOA (and he provided answers to all the questions I had to answer for them). The work was extremely high quality, and done very quickly. They arrived right on the day I moved in to put a temporary fence up for me until I got approval from my HOA, and came right on time when I finally was able to schedule the install. I'll be contacting them again in the future for adding a deck to my house.

Charlie and his crew were amazing!! Charlie was punctual and thorough when he came to do the estimate. Once his crew started the job, they did a fantastic job!! Even during the dog days of August they finished the job in just a couple of days.

We were especially impressed by the fact that they installed a temporary fence for us (and our dog) free of charge for the interim period between the signing of the contract and installation.

The Excel team recently installed a vinyl fence at our home and we're very satisfied with the work. After the initial call to set up the appointment for a price estimate I was able to meet with Charlie within a week. He was able to take measurements and generate an estimate on-site and without any extra delay. After letting him know I was still shopping around and waiting on other estimates he didn't put any pressure on me to go with his company. His price point was very competitive but more so the estimated time until they could start work was considerably sooner compared to my other quotes. After signing with them, I received notification within a week on when the fence materials would be delivered to my home and the estimated day of the installation. They ended up starting work a day later due to the weather and the entire install took approximately a day and a half. Afterwards, I met with one of the installers to do a final walk-through where he was able to apply some finishing touches upon my request. Overall, the team was very courteous, forthcoming, and a pleasure to work with!

Charlie net with me and explained all of my options. He walked me through The time line, building permit requirements, post caps, fencing types and styles. I had not had a fence installed before so I needed his input. No surprises! Price was exactly as quoted and installation was on time.

The fence installation went extremely well. Professional, courteous, and project was completed on time. Clean up was also done well. When I called about the gate adjustments, I was fit into their schedule immediately. Work was performed in a timely manner.

Pricing was lower than others I received, installation was completed as scheduled, and the fence looks wonderful. We recently had a wind storm and the fence held up great with only minor damage. I got in touch with Charlie and he stated they had an opening the next day. The crew came out, fixed the fence, and were done within an hour. Extra bonus, due to constant settling of the ground, they also ensured my 2 hinged doors were properly aligned.

Our new fence is beautiful. Charlie provided a through quote shortly after contacting the company. Terri worked closely with me to help get our HOA to approve the fence plans. Charlie's crew was kind and courteous. They always let us know what was going on every step of the way. The crew worked very hard and completed the fence installation in two days. The yard was left in very clean condition after the project was over. Charlie arranged to set up a temporary 4ft high fence during the project so that we could continue to safety allow our dogs in the yard. We received a 2% discount for making cash payments. Terri came to my home to check on the progress of the fence twice and to collect payment so that I did not have to make an extra trip to their office. Overall, the process was smooth and it could not have gone any better. We are very satisfied with the services we received and would highly recommend Excel Fencing.

We had a very large fence over 350 ft Excel gave us the best estimate. They offered a temporary fence for our dogs while the job got done. From start to finish the entire experience was great. Charlie Terry Jim and Ron were extremely customer oriented, respectful, responsive and dedicated. Jim and Ron worked tirelessly to ensure job was done correctly and ensured our total satisfaction. Our yard had many different elevations as well as many roots and rocks. Not to mention they had to fight neighboring dogs. They handled every obstacle with patience and perseverance. Highly recommend this company and these good people. Job well done!!!

This company is top notch in my book, considering I am an extremely detailed organized person. I found this company for my cousin who wanted to put up a huge fence around his property. I spoke to Charlie and he came out to take a look at the job. He was very knowledgeable and really work with us with the price. Terri is also an unbeliveable women to work with she went above and beyond to ensure the job to go smoothly from start to finish. We also had some minor issues nine moths later after the work was completed and Excel (Charlie) along with Terri made sure the problem was solved. I would give this company a A++++ rating and absolutely recommend them to others for good quality of work.

I so enjoyed working with Terri and Charlie! They were responsive, polite, and very knowledgeable. Charlie came out and measured the yard, gave me an accurate estimate, went over all the options, and answered all my questions. The installation crew was great. Everything went fantastic. They were very professional and even helped me with dealing with the HOA, who wasn't responding to my requests and wasn't allowing me to fence in a lot of my yard. Terri the office manager pulled the Gov't regulations and spoke to the HOA. because of this, she was able to get my fence height that I wanted and fenced in more of the yard. They had materials and started install within 2 weeks. They had everything completed in 2 days and if they were unsure about something they asked me before they did it. They were very helpful and I appreciated everything they did. It looks amazing
