Excel Construction and Maintenance Services

They were a no show for my appointment for an estimate. No phone call or anything.

My husband and I got a total of 4 estimates on our roof. Excel wasn't the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. A gentleman named Jon came out and met with us, who was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Some of the other reps were so pushy that it seemed like they wouldn't leave our house until we signed a contract. We decided to go with Excel because their pricing fit our budget, the rep wasn't pushy and we really liked the fact that their installers were all in house. Our new roof makes the house look so much nicer!

Excel Construction made the entire process very easy for us. Jon was our project consultant and he was very knowledgeable and professional. When he came out to do our estimate he walked us around the house and explained exactly how they would install the new roof and explained the importance of all the different parts of a roof. My husband and I had never had a roof replaced and wanted to make sure we were making the right decision so we decided to get 4 estimates. While other companies were in our home for 3-4 hours and were very pushy and aggressive Jon was low pressure and very informative. He understood we were getting other estimates and gave us enough information so that we could compare them properly and even offered to come back out to help us compare the all. While Excel Construction was not the cheapest quote we got they were very competitive and in our opinion gave us the best value. We went with their life time roof and are very happy that we decided to go with Excel Construction. We are planning on having them do our windows and doors next year and would highly recommend them.
