They cleaned up and left property in working order. They also installed a trap in the condensation line which they didn't have to do and he was excellent again. They came out promptly and efficiently. He was very well-mannered.

They came recommended by a friend after company with whom I had service contract went out of business and new company (One Hour Heating & A/C) would not honor contract. I called at 7:14am, explained my predicament and they had a technician at my door by 7:55am. My A/C upstairs had shut off overnight. Todd was very professional and spent two hours diagnosing the issue, showing me the problem and explaining the options. My evaporator has a leak, which should have been explained to me by Accurate Air as they had to refill 1.5 lbs of refrigerant on 5/5/15. It needed refrigerant again today but instead of simply refilling it, taking my money and heading to the next job, Todd explained that I need a new evaporator. He also explained that it is probably best to replace the outside condensor for an additonal ~$600-700 as it is 10 years old and already has a replaced capacitor. Since it is September, he recommended refilling the refrigerant, which should allow me to limp along the remaining month or so I need to use the AC, then replace the evaporator and condensor in March. It was nice to not hear "you need to spend $2,000 today", which easily could have been the pitch. He was to me super quick, diagnosed the issue, and offered multiple solutions. i am appreciative and will use them for replacement of my unit in March as well as maintenance in October and April. I highly recommend!

I use Steve for all 55+ rental properties that I manage in Harford County and Northern Baltimore County. Steve almost always gets out to my properties the same day that the issue is reported and does his best to fix the issue in the first trip. In the case of this bad blower, he ordered the part immediately and got it in with a day and a half. I use Steve because 1) he makes all of my tenants happy which makes me look good, 2) he is honest and doesn't tell me there are big expensive issues when in reality its a minor problem, 3) he gets out same day in most cases, 4) his prices are reasonable and he provides the highest value for the cost, and 5) he and his team are always super professional. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Eco-Cool!
