Description of Work: The guys showed up on time and worked for four hours straight until everything was properly installed.

Description of Work: This company is very professional. They know their stuff and provided top quality customer service. He showed up on time and did an excellent job with mounting our television. We were impressed enough to hire him to come back the next week to mount another television. The price included the bracket needed to mount the television and the price of the bracket alone was much less than we could purchase it for in stores. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I used Jeff and Digital Edge last year and I would have given them all A's at that point. But sadly, something has changed. I had to leave several messages this time before I got a response. and then Jeff stood me up. not once, but twice!!!! after the first no-show, I received an email the next morning that was properly apologetic and offered a reasonable explanation about a schedule mix-up. okay, fair enough. even the best of us makes mistakes. he did come two days later to look at the job but needed some additional parts so we agreed to schedule the work the following Monday. Well, I sat here that day and waited. And again no show, no call, no nothing. I liked him enough from last year that I even left him a message a few days later giving him one more chance to respond before I posted this negative review. Again, no response. So sadly, here I am. When I worked with Jeff last year he was absolutely outstanding. But none of that matters if he doesn't show up.

Description of Work: Jeff did a great job and tv looks perfect. They cleaned up after and even came back to fix a wire that wasn't working for no charge. This was a small job just mounted the tv but will call them for an even bigger job I am planning in a year for a complete home theater. Would highly recommend them for big or small jobs.

Description of Work: Exchanged several e-mails with Jeff Marquardt to narrow down a quote for specific work that I needed to have done (speaker wire concealment) and then for some reason Jeff stopped replying to my emails. Went through the trouble of sending pictures of my 5.1 surround sound setup, but could not get Jeff to return my e-mails or phone calls. If he wasn't interested in taking the job, he could've informed me, that would have been the professional thing to do.
