Mac was fantastic! I am a Realtor and the home was vacant but showed poorly because of the carpet. Mac insisted on cleaning a small area to be sure it could be done BEFORE he gave me an estimate. Well, he got the job and within 2 days of the cleaning, I received 2 contracts on the home! I'd be proud to recommend Crown Restoration to both my clients as well as other Realtors. The gentleman was very kind, took care of everyting I wanted him to take care of including more than what I wanted him to take care of. I didn't think he would get up some of the stains but he did. I would recommend him. Just wish he would have left me more business cards.
