I purchased a pelletstove last year and had them install it. This year we turn it on and with in a few days black smoke was coming from the pellets not knowing what to do we called them we have a warranty right should be free I don't have a job since covid I'm not stressed. They come the clamp used in piping was loose at the base where the stove connects to pipe that runs outside. They tightened it and charged me a discounted service charge. Why am I being charged at all I was told it was in a gray area so its my fault and too bad my kids suffer for Christmas. I even explained my situation and was told sorry but that's your circumstance you still need to pay. I will be telling everyone I know and I have several friends that are in the market for a wood stove won't be from them.

Went to the Forest Hill location to discuss replacing my fireplace insert with a pellet stove from Courtland. The gentleman working on the Saturday morning I stopped in couldn't be bothered to stand up and talk to me or show my any of the features of the display model. I asked several questions, but I felt like I, as a potential customer, was less important than whatever he was looking at on his computer screen. There were no other customers in the store at the time.

The employees at the White Marsh store have been pleasant and helpful. They always load my car for me with a sweet attitude. The selection of pellets can't be beat! They are one of the only carriers of the Turman pellets.

It went very well- from the time I scheduled the appointment, to the time the technician came out. He had to order the part and come back out to repair, and it all went well.

THE COURTLAND HARDWARE SALESPERSON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF GAS FIREPLACES. THEY HELPED US SELECT THE RIGHT SIZE GAS FIREPLACE FOR OUR LARGE BASEMENT. HE SHOWED PATIENCE WHILE WE WERE CHOOSING. IT WORKS GREAT.

WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. THE MOWER WAS LEFT AT COURTLAND FOR ABOUT A WEEK AND REPAIRED. EVERY THING WAS DONE WELL AND THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. THE MOWER WAS DONE WHEN WE WERE TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. SERVICE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL IN SHOWING ME HOW TO USE THE STOVE AND EXPLAINING TO ME WHAT PROCEDURES HE WAS DOING.

WE HAD TO DROP THE SCREEN OFF. THEY DID NOT CALL WHEN THE SCREEN WAS READY TO BE PICKED UP, AND IT TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS TO GET THE SCREEN. THE SCREEN IS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION.

THE SCREENS WERE FROM A BEACH HOUSE, SO THEY'RE EXPOSED TO SALTY AIR. THE FRAMES COULD NOT BE USED, SO NEW FRAMES WERE MADE. THEY'VE REALLY HELD UP WELL.

THIS HARDWARE STORE IS WELL-KNOWN FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DECENT PRICES. I DROPPED OFF MY LAWNMOWER TO GET THE BLADES SHARPENED AND IT WAS DONE ON TIME AND CORRECTLY.

THE WORK WAS COMPLETED WHEN PROMISED AND AT THE PRICE QUOTED. NO ADDITIONAL WORK WAS COMPLETED UNTIL APPROVAL WAS OBTAINED TELEPHONICALLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO OTHERS.
