Clear Line Plumbing

We had our kitchen drain back up and our garbage disposal started leaking. I messaged Clear Line after finding them on Angie's List late Sunday night. I was contacted first thing in the morning and they came right out, even though we had a snow storm that night. We ran out and picked up a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet and they installed both and cleared our blocked drain. Everything was done quickly and professionally. We had a previous estimate to replace the disposal that was crazy overpriced. We were pleasantly surprised at Clear Lines pricing and will definitely use them for other things we have planned.

Responded very promptly and was quick and professional and also reasonable.

Called Clear Line because of the A rating & reviews. Robert was great. I sent him a photo & he was at my home with the part within 30 minutes. I will use him again for other plumbing issues.

I called them Saturday afternoon and they came 7:30 am, Monday on time. They were very courteous, direct, and professional. They told us they will be back with a water heater in couple of hours. Punctuality is very important to me and they came back on time and completed the job within two hours.

I called on a monday, he stopped by the next day to see what needed to be done. I went to Lowes that afternoon and bought the faucet that I wanted and he was there the following day on time and fixed the piping and replaced the faucet. Good communication and great work. His magnets on the fridge.

I had actually called three people on Angie's List, he was the most reasonable and he was very nice. It is a very small company. Their price was very reasonable. He did a great job. He was very nice. He came when he said he was going to. He was polite.

Bob knew immediately that the toilet tank system had to be replaced;. He had a new one in his van; he retrieved it, installed it, took away the broken system ansd had it done, after testing it several times, in less than twenty-five minutes. My 4 year old AO Smith hot water tank with a 6 year warranty leaked. Taking advantage of Angie's List, I discovered CLEAR LINE PLUMBING. Other plumbers I called were days away and being without hot water and having a leak is no fun. My call to Rob the owner was answered with exactly what I needed to hear. He promised to bring a replacement tank with him and visit us first thing in the morning. Rob called that morning right before he arrived to confirm. Right on time along with his assistant, they quickly removed the defective tank, installed the replacement. Nice neat work. Because the hot water tank was under warranty, Rob collected the model and serial number information and he placed the claim with the manufacturer AO Smith. He arranged for a warranty check to be sent to me from AO Smith. His price was right in line. His service was top notch. He's honest and will get my business in the future. I'm totally satisfied with CLEAR LINE PLUMBING. --->. So if you're reading this review and wondering if this is the plumber to call, the answer is "YES!". Then share your experience with another review. The nice thing about Angie's list, we no longer have to take a chance with a plumber. The guys that work hard and do the job right now have a chance to stand out with positive reviews. The lousy contractors and plumbers will have a difficult time finding work. At the same time the higher quality contractors and plumbers will get the jobs. Members of Angie's List will benefit when they call the right people. Rob and CLEAR LINE PLUMBING is the right plumber to hire.

I have a townhouse built 1990...... Old plumbing.....Needed new drains in both full baths and a toilet removed to replace flooring...... Scheduled for the next day.... Plumber very professional and I was given an estimate, price very affordable !!! Clear Line had no problem coming out the very next day for my small job..... Obviously no job too small! I was very pleased with the work and the courteous, professionalism of the representative. I had tried calling local plumbers in my area that I found online....no return calls....two finally did call back after Clearline had already came and went....I will always use Angie's list after this experience . Contract Robert on 9/27/2013 regarding my problem. He returned my call quickly and scheduled the repair for the next day. He called prior to coming and arrived on time. He quickly assessment the issue and made the repair. I would call again without hesitation. Only negative was that no receipt was provided at the time of the repair. I provided my email address for Robert to send the receipt, which he did.

I called Clear Line plumbing because of all the positive reviews on Angie's List. I left a message and my call was returned right away. Unfortunately, the plumber was booked for the next 2 days, but scheduled us the earliest available appt. time (** it was not an emergency situation). I considered calling another plumber on the list to see if they could come out sooner, but the reviews for Clear Line were so good that I decided to keep the appointment. As it turned out, I was so happy that I did. On the day of the appointment Bob arrived promptly and was very professional. He spotted and fixed the problem right away-- a backup in the AC unit. I was so happy with the professionalism and integrity that I hired the company the following month to do a much larger job (replacing our entire water treatment system unit). Once again, they were right on time and completed the job in a very professional manner. Bob spent time to explain everything I needed to know about the system. Clear Line is the only plumbing company I'll use from now on and I would highly recommend them to anyone else. Top notch all the way around... an A+ company!!!!!

I called a few local plumbers on Angie's List to install the backup pump. Robert was the only plumber that really sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He also promptly returned calls. We setup an appointment for Robert to instal the sj10. He called to let me know he was about 15 minutes out. He came out with an associate and they got started right away. They tok about 90 minutes to get everything installed and showed me what they did and that it worked properly. They cleaned everything up when done. Also, right before they got started I asked about the 5% Angies List coupon. Robert said he would still take it but I felt bad not mentioning it earlier. I paid them without the 5% discount b/c they did a great job and were great to work with and really deserved the full amount. Will certainly use them again and recommend them to friends/family.

Arrived on time. Everything was fixed as expected. . The job was very well done and charges were better than expected. I would use him again.

Robert installed the sump pump backup and tested the system to make sure everthing worked well. Everything was cleaned up and the installation looks very well done. We will use clear line plumbing again. They were very professional and pleasant.

I called to get an idea of what the replacement cost would be and scheduled the work for the next day. Bob arrived on time and the job was completed shortly after. I also asked for costs related to future work which I plan to schedule this summer. Very professional and easy to do business with and will use in the future.

They arrived in the timeframe agreed upon, went quickly to work. Assessed the situation, gave me an idea of cost and how much time it should take. Then went about taking care of the situation. I can see why they earn a A on Angie's list. Before they left I asked about one other project my husband and I were considering, they listened, gave other suggestions and than a very rough estimate of what they would charge if we decided to move forward. I would recommend giving Clear Line a try.

I am new to Angies List and have had trouble in the past finding a plumber that I felt like I could trust. This the first time that I have used Clear Line Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment within a day. They arrived on time, understood my plumbing issues and were able to correct them. Based upon my experience with what other plumbers charge their price was very fair. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I own an older home and have been looking for a good reliable plumber. I think I may have found what I was looking for.

A leak occurred in the pipe leading to the radiator in my bedroom. I called Clear Line Plumbing late afternoon. Since it was late in the day, they would not be able to get the part and fix it that day, however, they came out about 8:00 am the next morning and had it fixed in no time. I plan on using them in the future to fix the sump pump back up.
