Some of the repairs where done well, the toilet, boot and flashing on plumbing vent stack and the smoke detector. These repairs where done well. However, the sensor on the garage door and the ice maker repair are a different story. The ice maker still does not work, the original problem we noted and asked to be fixed from the home inspection was that the dispenser was not working on the ice maker. His receipt states that he fixed the condensor in the freezer, but apparently didn't test out the ice maker dispenser after he fixed the condensor nor wait to see if ice was actually being made. As for the garage door sensor, he rewired the sensor, but apparently crossed the wires which rendered the sensor inoperable, which allowed the door to be closed on something which bend the door and caused it to come off the tracks when it was being opened. When I contacted the contractor, he stated "everything was in working order when I left" and "I'll look into it and get back to you" but never took my name or phone number or any other information. On numerous occassions after that he has refused to return my phone calls. In short, while he is licensed, he apparently is some fly-by-night contractor that refuses to guarantee his work in any way. Avoid this person at all costs. I plan on filing a formal complaint with the DLLR concerning this contractor.
Description of Work: This contractor hired by the seller of the property that I just recently purchased to fix several items that where found during the home inspection. These repairs included fixing the boot and flashing on the plumbing vent stack on the roof, reseating a toilet, replacing the sensor on the garage door, fixing an ice maker and replacing a smoke detector.
