Project: remove 14 year old caulks, and apply premium sealant around my Jacuzzi, tub and shower. 3/27/19, Sam arrived on time at my home. I received a free detailed estimate; a reasonable price for the job. 4/3/19, Sam and his helper arrived on time and brought all the supplies needed for the job. They worked steady and efficiently. They completed a quality job in 1 hour. The 3 areas look fantastic. I am very pleased with their quality of work. I made an appointment for future work to be done at my home. I highly recommend Sam and Byblos Home Improvement, Inc.

I was very impressed with their customer service and quality of work along with a very reasonable price. Sam came out right away when I called to give me an estimate. He was also ble to omplete the job in a few days after he came out and did a fabulous job on the drywall repair in a very short amount of time. I couldn t ask for anyone better and am planning on using them in the future.

Came out on Christmas Eve to repair drywall . One of them went to find matching paint while the other repaired the structure, and completed the job in only 1.5 hours. They also cleaned the area sufficiently after the job.

Sam and his helper, Thomas, arrived on time. They brought all the supplies and equipment needed to do the job. Sam and Thomas are real professionals. They work at a steady pace and got the job done ahead of schedule. The work site was kept clean and neat. And, the price was very reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. I will be recommending them and calling them again for future projects.

The owner was very experienced and returned my call for an estimate quickly, as well as the site visit. He did a very good job on putting up crown moulding in my downstairs area, making it fit up against existing moulding in other rooms. Not easy. I wish he had used better quality caulking for it though. Most of the caulking he used began to separate/crack and I had to go back and recaulk everything with a better quality caulk made for moulding, which then worked!

Sam and his partner were professional and punctual. I had emailed to ask if they could do herringbone pattered subway tile for my kitchen backsplash. He quickly responded stating he could and giving a very reasonable quote. On the day of the project when Sam arrived, it became apparent that he did not know what Herringbone Pattern was. It does require much more time and cuts to install than a standard subway tile pattern. He said that the price would be $100 more than what he had initially quoted. This still was a fair prices for the amount of work that needed to be done. I was also a bit concerned that he had never seen or heard of the Herringbone pattern. Sam took the time to look up some photos of it and watch videos on how to install it. Once he felt confident, the two of them got started. The finished in a timely matter and the finished product was EXACTLY what I wanted. I am very happy :)

Sam is really good and I highly recommend him. He completed our house in a week. His prices are by far the most reasonable and his very honest. Thank you Sam for taking on our project.
