Brian D Scott HVAC & Duct Work

Not quite sure why but Brian ceased to be reliable. Filled me up on R22 but left the valve open so it was gone in about 3 days. Quoted me a low ball price to install a new system and when I got it he refused to answer the phone. I got a hold of a competitor who contacted Brian directly and received a text the following week that he was on vacation but would stop by that week. A week passed and no Brian so I called to let him know I had the equipment- he said he’d be out Friday. I texted and called Saturday but still no Brian. Going on 3 weeks now, it’s too hot for my dog to breathe and no answer from Brian. It’s unfortunate because 8 years ago he was the man.

I called Brian to work on a failing air conditioner in 100 degree heat at 5 p.m. He responded very quickly and indicated that he would try to get to us the same day. He had been working at a job over an hour plus drive away. Brian showed up at !0 p.m. He was cheerful and extremely professional at the end of an extremely long work day for him. He got right to work on the problem--in the pitch dark. He was able to diagnois the problem (capacitor) and install two new pieces to the outside main unit. Our air was back on and cooling the house in less than 30 minutes!! My husband and I were both very impressed with the level of professionalism. He never stopped smiling throughout the entire job. Our particular unit was covered under a home maintenance aggreement so we were only responsible for our deductible on this job; however, we will be finishing our basement in the future and will not hesitate to have Brian do all of the HVAC work. Very Professional.
