This company impressed us from beginning to end! The estimate and finished price were far lower than other quotes, while the quality, speed & cleanliness of work was far superior to what others offered. They hung plastic sheeting & barriers surrounding the whole work area & used a ventilation system so there was never dust anywhere. ( Concrete dust is dangerous, not just messy!) The entire team ( 5 people 1st day, 3 on 2nd day) always removed shoes & treated our house & us with respect. They walked us through the steps of the job, showed us the work & the damage/ wet areas & the undamaged areas at several points as they were doing it (without being asked). Tested sump pump in our presence... without us asking. In addition to other source of water, they found a crack in the foundation & worked to examine the extent of damage.. which went all the way from outside in. They showed us the full damage, offered to fix this more completely, explained options to do or not do that work, but never pressured us. They provided life-of-structure warranty. They even told us they caused a tiny area of damage to woodwork on a window sill ( I would never have been upset about) when they were done THEY pointed it out and THEY spackled & fixed it ( like 5 min work.) The whole job took 1 and a half days. Like anyone, I was heartbroken to have started finding water in my finished basement & terrified of the cost & the process of fixing it. This company made this as affordable, convenient & low-stress as I can possibly imagine.

It took 2 days total and not even as long of days as I expected. The team puts down plastic so your house remains clean. I've had several rainy days and everything is working great. Nice and dry!

Basement Waterproofing Nationwide did excellent work in a timely and proffessional manner for a reasonable and appropriate fee. They said they would complete the work in 1-2 days and were done in one day. They were very careful and left things neater than they were before they came. We have used them before with great success and would use them again. So far, the problem we had, water in our basement, has not recurred, and our basement is bone dry. Fantastic. Estimator explained planned procedure thoroughly, coordinated day and time, and efforts went like clockwork. Workers showed up on time, with the right equipment, a double crew, and got the work done in a bit over half a day. Cleaned up everything.

BWN matched the price of a different company, scheduled me promptly, and completed the work from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (all in one day). The work they did was excellent. They were even able to do it without removing any of my wall--and they salvaged my basement carpet. They were polite, clean, and professional. They also answered all my questions with patience in person, and replied promptly to my follow-up questions after they had left my home. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

The entire process went extremely well. The estimate was very clear about the scope of work, the crew was professional, on time and carefully about reducing disruption/mess and our basement is dry, as promised. They even went above and beyond and fixed a downspout outside so water would flow away from the house. Once the job was finished, the company rep came out to walk through with us and answer any questions. I have no doubt that if a problem did arise, they'd fix it.

BWN came out quickly to provide an assessment, and they provided a fair estimate along with suggestions to make my installation more effective. Once the deposit was made, I was quickly put onto the schedule, and had the crew out within a few days. The crew that came out was excellent. They took care to not damage my floors or personal belongings, and they were very fast and clean with the installation. I also inquired about reducing humidity levels in my basement and was given a list of recommendations that have worked wonderfully.

In the two years since we've had a number of very heavy rains and water has not entered our basement at all.

It went well and I no longer have to worry about a water leakage during a heavy rainstorm or snow melting. The work crew was on time each day and made every effort to keep the dust from entering the upstairs. They were very considerate and seemed to enjoy working together. They took pride in doing the job well and informed me of any changes necessary and asked permission to make modifications with my approval.

The crew showed up on time, provided protective barriers so that dust generated in the project would be isolated to the workplace. They finished the job on time and cleaned the work area completely before they departed. They were very professional in the work they did and in their interactions with us.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. Chris and TJ were very professional. They arrived on time every day and made sure things were tidy when they left. They showed me what the three man crew had accomplished each day and informed me of their plans for the following day. Part of the waterproofing job involved a facelift on the cement basement walkout on the side of my house. Joe, who has 30 years of experience with the company, completed this part of the job and I was extremely pleased with the result. Basement waterproofing is expensive, but I felt that I got my money's worth. Everyone who has entered my basement since the job was completed, from my son-in-law to technicians working on my plumbing and heating systems, have commented that I had it done right. It is wonderful to finally have a bone dry basement. I have recommended Basement Waterproofing Nationwide to my neighbors whose home are the same vintage as mine and have been plagued for years by dampness and water in their basements.

The men did exactly what they said they would do. I've had a water free basement since 2012. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great. Job done right. People were easy to talk to. Made sure I was satisfied. Had question about an issue, they came out and made sure I was informed and satisfied. Again I cannot say enough. It was during a rainy time and the guys took the time to seed my lawn where it had become muddy. Above and beyond the call of duty.

Awesome job from start to finish. The owner of the company met with us personally, explained the process, answered our questions, and his workers were phenomenal: punctual, polite, and professional. Didn't leave a mark on a wall or the floor, they were so careful.

It went great! Everyone from this company was polite and courteous. They were on time and cleaned up very thoroughly. Even when we had a slight issue later, they came out and took care of it and were as nice as could be. We would not hesitate to use this company again!

I think it went well , although the drain hasn't really been tested by a heavy rain yet.

Went well. Only thing was that the crew didn't show up when they said they would BC of traffic. This happened each time. Since our location and theirs was far apart, and they are in a high traffic area, I would recommend telling the customer a larger time frame to allow for traffic.

Work completed over 5 years ago...basement is now a dry, comfortable place complete with a family, laundry and storage rooms. Basement Waterproofing Nationwide was recommended to me by a owner of old home in historic community. They demonstrated skilled, efficient , professional workmanship and the cost was actually more reasonable than other company bids. Basement has been perfectly dry and comfortable ever since and I have recommended them to all of my neighbors who have experienced similar problems in their basements.
