Tim was very professional and knowledgeable on repairing our pellet stove, came when he said he would and took his shoes off at door and covered the area with a blanket where he was working, very friendly to, would recommend to reach out to his business if you need a stove looked at.

The best experience with an unknown natural gas fireplace that was not working. Efficient, great knowledge, and I was also instructed how to use the fireplace properly. Worth the price definitely.

Great experience great service and it didnâ t cost me an arm or a leg. My pellet stove was on the fritz last season it sounded like two squirrels fighting over an acorn in a metal trash can, I called aqua flame they came out and got it fixed and ready for this winter I canâ t wait for the first cold day to just sit back with a nice box of wine and enjoy a nice quiet fire. I feel so blessed to have found this company.
