+ -1 moreA great job, as usual. Don took extra care to remove rust stains and creases from areas damaged by flooding and the carpet really looks new again. Don Willard has been cleaning our carpets and upholstery for at least ten years. He always does a thorough, professional job. Arrangements for the work go smoothly, and Don comes promptly as scheduled. In addition, both of the Willard's are always courteous and personable; it's pleasure to do business with them. I don't know how their prices compare with other carpet cleaners, because once we started using Advanced Carpet we haven't bothered to check any other company.
Description of Work: They cleaned wall to wall carpet in two rooms and a hallway. Some of the carpet was stained and had crease marks following a flood and subsequent cleanup.

+ -1 moreDON WILLARD DID A GREAT JOB IN CLEANING MY CARPETS. HE DEDUCTED $25 FROM THE TOTAL BILL BECAUSE WE HAD MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE FROM THE ROOMS. GREAT TO WORK WITH. I WOULD HIRE AGAIN.
Description of Work: CARPETS CLEANED IN THREE SMALL BEDROOMS ON THE SECOND FLOOR. ALSO ABOUT FIFTEEN HALLWAY STEPS.
