Description of Work: No longer in business which is a good thing...for others, not for me. Had Bill do inspection more than 6 years ago. Missed, or didn't tell me about structural issues and leakage. I learned later, and after the warranty ended, that the problems would be obvious to an inspector.

+ -1 moreTHE MAN THAT CAME OUT FROM A&E WAS VERY NICE AND ALSO VERY THOROUGH. HE KEPT US WITH HIM DURING THE INSPECTION AND POINTED OUT ANY AREA OF CONCERN. HE ALSO LEFT A VERY DETAILED CHECK LIST FOR US.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED OUR HOME INSPECTED BEFORE WE PURCHASED IT. THE MORTGAGE COMPANY REQUIRED THE HOME INSPECTION AND WE FELT IT IS ALWAYS GOOD TO HAVE.
