The scheduling and deposit process was easy and painless. The day of the move was horrible. In mid July, we scheduled a move for late August, and we submitted a $125 deposit to reserve the date/time. We were provided an 8am-10am arrival window, and were told we would receive a call around 7:45am that morning, with a more precise arrival time. Shortly after 8am, I called the main number and requested the status. I was placed on hold, and the representative told me he called the movers and they were loading the truck, and I should hear from them shortly. About 20 minutes later I received a call from the movers, asking me to reschedule. I was initially told they couldn't get to me that day, due to scheduling conflicts. WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! They offered $50 off the bill and were completely unapologetic. I explained that we had to be out that weekend, as our lease was ending. The movers eventually agreed to arrived "around noon". They finally showed up at 1:40, and the move too 4 hours. Once they got there, they were very professional and efficient. A camping grill was broken, but they immediately apologized and took it off our bill. In the end, they agreed to discount our move by $100, for scheduling inconvenience. The men who were initially scheduled to handle our move we stuck on another move the night before, which lasted into the early morning hours. While I understand this was completely out of their control, the situation was initially handled very poorly. In the end, our moving weekend was completely thrown off and it was a huge inconvenience. But they made it right in the end, and I would recommend using this company.

The movers who came were extremely respectful and nice. They did a decent job overall. Two points: 1. We moved in two phases (everything loaded on a Wednesday, stored on trucks, and unloaded on Saturday). We felt very rushed during the unload because the movers had another job to do that day. And when we found items broken no one really seemed to know what to do. They said they would be in touch about them. We heard nothing for a couple of days and called. We were told our information would be passed to the repair department. It was not. We called after a couple more days and they sent someone to pick up the items. That was almost a month ago and they STILL have not contacted us. I called after a couple of weeks and was finally put in touch with the person who should have been reaching out to me. All I got from him was "the repair shop is working on it" he agreed that he should have called me with an update. I would have thought he would have realized I expected that from now on but apparently not because it has been almost 2 weeks since then with NO update or outreach. I will not use them again and will not recommend them. I am still waiting....

They provided packing materials, only charged for what we used and took back the rest. They moved all of our furniture, properly wrapping and protecting all items. They showed up on time and were very professional.

I was very impressed with my moving crew. I was given a 2 hour window (8-10) of when they would arrive when I booked. I received a call a few minutes after 8:00 letting me know they were on their way, and they arrived shortly after 8:30. Christopher went over the contract with me while the rest of the crew started to load up the truck. My entire apartment (1 bedroom, second floor) was loaded in the truck and ready to go in about half an hour (I had everything boxed up and ready to go when the crew arrived). The crew drove directly to my new townhouse, and brought everything in. All movers worked very hard (on a heat advisory day!) and were polite and professional. The entire move from start to finish took about an hour and a half, and there were no extra costs (in fact they had a larger crew come out then originally stated but they did not charge me for the extra staff).

All our items where boxed and ready to go, all the workers collected and packed our belonging into the trucks. We're very careful with our fragile items. All workers were very polite and professional throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend them, worth every penny!
