I was with him every step of the way and it went great. It was a totally wonderful experience. They were familiar in the area that we were interested in. They were available when needed. It was my son's first home so it was all new to him. They were wonderful at explaining everything to him. They took care of everything. They have a mortgage and title company. We used the mortgage company but we didn't use the title company, which was fine with them. There was no pressure whatsoever. They also had a gentleman that had craftsmen working for him if we wanted anything done to the house. My son wanted the house repainted, retiled and recarpeted, new appliances and some windows and screens fixed. There were quite a few things he wanted done. This gentleman just took over. We told him what we wanted and he told us what it would cost. He oversaw the whole thing. My son was able to go to work and everything was still getting done. They said that since we had used them that if we ever needed anything else done to just call them. It was just wonderful. It was a great experience. We would definitely use them again.

They highly recommended a home inspector and he missed a lot. My wife was absolutely furious. They missed everything from electrical wiring to three layers of shingles on the roof. We had a hidden water leak and mold. There was a gas leak as soon as we moved into the house. They kept rescheduling. We would not work with them again.

The agent that we used who was with them was a woman named Kimberly. I would love to say just good things about her because she was amazing. She’s extremely energetic. She’s very concerned about making sure that we had a wonderful home by experience. We needed to buy a home in this area and we found one that was sort of just good enough and we decided to go with it and be done with it. She wouldn’t let us do that and she wanted us to find a perfect home which we did the following week. She’s really effective and great to work with and a lot of fun. She’s nice to hang out with because we spent a lot of time with the real estate agent when we were looking for a house. We spent lots of quality time together in the car and she was great. Her price was probably good but I’m really not sure. We will absolutely use her services again in the future.
