 + -1 moreThey are located mile from my home, so I called to request an estimate on removal of the tree. The rep. (father who started company but is since retired) finally came out after 3 calls but was not authorized to make a decision or give an estimate. After a few more calls, it turned out the son had come out already to look at it a week before but decided it was too tough of a job and was not interested. It would have been nice to let me know to avoid countless phone calls and an extra visit by his father. They were very unprofessional.
Description of Work: I requested an estimate for tree and stump removal. After 4 calls, they refused the job.
