White Diamond Services LLC

My experience with this company to say the least was horrible, the work was not done in timely manner and was very average and that could be an overstatement . Multiple times White Diamond LLC had to come back to my home and make repairs and fixes to their work,in any other realm of home remodeling would have been done right the first time. Mrs Simone felt that I as the customer my responsibility was to handhold her employees to do their job correctly. The job in refernce was for a small standard sized baltimore city town home bathroom that took nearly a month to complete. I would not reccommend White Diamond LLC for anyone looking to make their home or safe haven aesthetically appealing or fucntional. Currently my shower door closes on its own due to it being installed improperly , my closet now has a bigger uneccesary access panel in it due to the shower being installed incorrectly and had to be cut in order to repair, the paint is not touched properly, the base boards still show nails exposed theres more to explain but I feel i have said enough. In the end we had to negotiate what they deseverd to be paid for subpar work, HOMEOWNER BEWARE!! Mrs simone told me "the homeowner and employer" that im being picky about the work and could not be satisfied and I am responsible for telling her guys what to do as i refrenced before "HANDHOLDING" for the job that took month to complete. Not to mention the time off from work that I and fiance had to take for this!! The final photo is for scale to show how ridicoulous it was for it to take a month with 3 men to complete this. It went well. The customer service was great. The painting was good and the work was done professionally.
