+ 3 moreTerribly. Ryan stated he would have the job done in two weeks. It took him four and a half and the work is lousy. No need to ramble on, the pictures speak for themselves. The photos are a small sampling. The entire first floor of our house was affected by this man and his misleading qualifications.
Description of Work: My husband and I hired Ryan to do the finish work for some renovations. Mudding, sanding, painting, caulking, grouting and trim work.

+ -1 moreI wanted to update the guest bath. I had several local companies come in and quote the job. The existing floor was linoleum which would have to be removed and the sub flooring was questionable. Several contractors came out and gave bids that were open to expansion ... if something was wrong the cost would go up, if another thing happened additional costs would have to be charged. The house has hot water baseboard heat which also impacted the costs. Mr. Ryan inspected the room, noticed there was most likely a problem around the toilet and gave me a firm price. He had photos of other bathrooms he had done giving me firm ideas of what could be done in my space. He remove all torn out materials from my house and completed the job within the time frame he stated. Better yet, if there had been a problem with the plumbing he has a plumber he works with.
Description of Work: Redid guest bath which required removal of the old flooring, replace the sub floor and then tile. Mr. Webb assists in deciding what tiles and which patterns you can use in the space. He also replaced all the baseboard trim in the room. The job was problematic since there was rot around the toilet. His bid was substantially lower than any of the other bids I received. The quality of his work and his consideration of me, the home owner were excellent. I will have him now do my kitchen and breakfast area as well as the family room. I can't recommend him highly enough.
