With a variety of door and windows, I have never experienced anything (including their advice) but topnotch service! We had just moved into our house knowing there was a problem with the threshold and flooring of one of our exterior doors. The repair required a contractor to replace and raise the threshold and adjust the floor height as well as the door. I did not like the selection or price of the doors our contractor provided. So, I contacted WeatherMaster. They provided a wider selection of options and price range. WeatherMaster came through, not only with options, but with friendly and timely service that worked into our contractors schedule. The salesperson offered ideas and suggestions and listened to what what I wanted. Our next project is window replacements for almost every room. I will definitely be calling WeatherMaster in the very near future to replace our windows. They offered friendly no -pressure advice and suggestions with a plan that would best fit our needs and budget.

This was an absolute disaster, I would NEVER HIRE Again. Upon arrival July 13 the first time, they were suppose to arrive between 9-10. they arrived at 12:30. They installed 6 windows and the crew came to me and said it was too hot do you mind if we come back tomorrow. Me being a nice person I said sure. July 14 came and no one ever came back. I called Weather Master to see what was going on they informed me that they had no knowledge of the work not being completed and that someone was suppose to come back. Unbelievable.!!!!! So I had re schedule for July 25. Today comes 1 worker shows up and starts to install windows 2 hours later while i'm in my office working the ambulance shows up ate my place, to take the worker to the ER. Mind you I haven't a clue what is going on because he never said anything to me. So as off today I have a complete mess to clean up and incomplete windows. To think i actually paid for this. unbelievable. A TOTALLY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER DEDRIC.

I had to pay $700.00 extra for lead paint and one metal frame? ? Which I questioned but even with that they were the cheapest ,the work was good and workers were professional and clean.

The new storm windows are great but their delivery date was too ambitious. I had been told it would take 4 weeks for delivery when in fact it took 8 weeks. The guy who installed my kitchen window did not wait for me to approve his work before he took off (this was against company policy). When I came to inspect the new window, I accidentally smudged the fresh caulking that was put around the window. He never informed me that I should not open or close the window for at least 24 hours. I asked him to return to redo the caulking but he never returned my calls. I finally had to go to the head of the company, who were very responsive, to get this corrected.

I received a flat tire from screws left on the ground.

Had 6 windows replaced, great price and great job by company and instsallers.

The service was excellent. Staff were attentive & professional.

The window replacement went great. They were in and out pretty quickly. My problem is with the cleanup. They did a decent job indoors, although I still found little small pieces here and there. Outside however was a different story. They picked up large pieces, that I would say are anything larger than an inch. Anything smaller than that, and they just left them there. This is difficult to see from afar, but when you're walking by the front yard, you can def notice it. Also left on the ground was a large amount of glass, which is very problematic as I have a small child and a dog. My wife and I have done 3 passes in consecutive weekends to make sure we have it all up and each pass has resulted in at least one additional piece of glass found. I think the trick would be to monitor the cleanup more. I think I expected them to be professional and to do a thorough policing of the area. Another thing of note, was this was a Friday installation, and I wonder if they were rushing to get out and be done with the week. Disappointed in myself partially because I know I should've done a more thorough review of the outside before signing off. Also disappointed in the installers, as I would've expected them to do a more thorough job.

My wife and I wanted to replace our 25 yrs old windows, so I contacted Weathermaster for a quote. I received an email and a phone call  the same day with valuable info about different type of windows and prices. The next day  we received a package with all necessary details that we needed to make our decision. We looked online  and found a few other companies , but we compared quality and  prices,  and believe it or not, weather master was the cheapest. We signed a contract with them and paid the required deposit. In three weeks as promised, all windows were installed properly with no complaints.

 I delayed to write a review because I wanted to give it some times to make sure that everything was fine with no .hidden issues or surprises.

Today my family is enjoying the  new windows, my daughter has no problem to open and close them, and the most important one my electricity bill went down.

I will recommend this company to anyone and by the way don't forget to ask for Scott Newsome . He was the guy that I spoke to on the phone and through out the  whole process.

Owner of company came to my home to see work his company had performed.  He was very professional and I appreciate him taking his time since my windows were installed  a while ago.
