The whole process was better than expected. First, we looked for help on "Angie's List". Then called highly rated WeatherMaster Windows. We were kindly invited to visit the showroom to see the products and to have any questions or concerns addressed. Everyone that we came into contact with was very kind. We even got to meet...Joe Montegna! Not the actor but a close relative. This Joe, for us, performed exceptionally. All of our questions and concerns were answered clearly. We were shown several products and the available options to suit our situation. We signed a contract to have two sliding doors installed in our home and made an appointment for the installer to come to our home to assess any issues for the installation. The installation inspection was performed by Nick who arrived as scheduled. Nick assured us that the installation should not be a problem. He even offered a great suggestion to fit the new doors a little differently than the old doors offset install. Nicks suggested that the doors be installed flush with the interior walls to accommodate the surrounding moldings. Thank You Nick! The installation went well. They arrived as scheduled and completed the installation and did a great job cleaning up. They explained how the doors function and asked if we had any questions or concerns about the installation or function. I can and will, highly recommend Weather Master Windows and hope they can help us again when our windows need to be updated. To all at WeatherMaster Windows, Thank You!

Everything was excellent. The windows of are of great quality, and the price is unbeatable. Everyone--from the sales rep to the installers--was professional and courteous and truly cared about good service. Would definitely hire again.

The finish product was done very well however, the 4-6 week process took almost 3 months. I called them about 7 weeks after I placed the order and was told “your windows just came in on the truck today and we were going to call you”...yeah right. We set a date for the following week. I get a call the night before installation, after I had already prepared the house, to be told my order was missing 2 windows. Well, I find it hard to believe you don’t check your orders when they come in and if you don’t, shame on you. then they have to place the order for the other two windows. Then 3 weeks go by and I don’t hear anything so I call the office to find out the status of my window order. The girl tells me”let me check”. Comes back and says “they just came in on the truck today”...REALLY! If you are looking for a fairly quick turnaround, 4-6 weeks, don’t go here. If you can wait a couple months, good work.

The two gentlemen who installed the windows were very professional. The total cost was 2477.00, I can tell a difference in my air conditioning bill and looking forward to saving money during the winter months. I will be using this company to replace the others next spring!

WeatherMaster did a fantastic job putting in the new windows and we haven't any problems with them since the install. Great value for the money and they are very professional. I would highly recommend them and will use them again myself!

well enough that I will probally get another 7 windows this spring

We had just moved into our house knowing there was a problem with the threshold and flooring of one of our exterior doors. The repair required a contractor to replace and raise the threshold and adjust the floor height as well as the door. I did not like the selection or price of the doors our contractor provided. So, I contacted WeatherMaster. They provided a wider selection of options and price range. WeatherMaster came through, not only with options, but with friendly and timely service that worked into our contractors schedule. The salesperson offered ideas and suggestions and listened to what what I wanted. Our next project is window replacements for almost every room. I will definitely be calling WeatherMaster in the very near future to replace our windows. They offered friendly no -pressure advice and suggestions with a plan that would best fit our needs and budget.

We had 12 replacement windows and two sliders replaced by Weathermaster and the whole process- from beginning to final installation and billing was top notch! The Weathermaster representative was professional and offered an array of different choices and price points, never steering us to their most expensive product. They thoroughly explained the differences between the windows and doors and let my wife and I decide what best met our needs. Once we ordered, the windows and doors arrived a lot quicker than we expected and the installation went without a hitch! I constantly recommend Weathermaster to all of my co-workers and friends. A+++ transaction!

This was an absolute disaster, I would NEVER HIRE Again. Upon arrival July 13 the first time, they were suppose to arrive between 9-10. they arrived at 12:30. They installed 6 windows and the crew came to me and said it was too hot do you mind if we come back tomorrow. Me being a nice person I said sure. July 14 came and no one ever came back. I called Weather Master to see what was going on they informed me that they had no knowledge of the work not being completed and that someone was suppose to come back. Unbelievable.!!!!! So I had re schedule for July 25. Today comes 1 worker shows up and starts to install windows 2 hours later while i'm in my office working the ambulance shows up ate my place, to take the worker to the ER. Mind you I haven't a clue what is going on because he never said anything to me. So as off today I have a complete mess to clean up and incomplete windows. To think i actually paid for this. unbelievable. A TOTALLY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER DEDRIC.

The new storm windows are great but their delivery date was too ambitious. I had been told it would take 4 weeks for delivery when in fact it took 8 weeks. The guy who installed my kitchen window did not wait for me to approve his work before he took off (this was against company policy). When I came to inspect the new window, I accidentally smudged the fresh caulking that was put around the window. He never informed me that I should not open or close the window for at least 24 hours. I asked him to return to redo the caulking but he never returned my calls. I finally had to go to the head of the company, who were very responsive, to get this corrected.

I had to pay $700.00 extra for lead paint and one metal frame? ? Which I questioned but even with that they were the cheapest ,the work was good and workers were professional and clean.

I received a flat tire from screws left on the ground.
