Description of Work: I provided the sizes of 8 windows - 2 are 9' wide and 2 are 5' wide. Price was great. Ordered and were ready for my contractor to pickup within 2 weeks as promised. They look great.

Description of Work: The initial contact from the salesman was fine. He produced a price sheet which everything was enumerated added up and a final price given for the 12 windows I was replacing. I was just a little less than Window World and their product seemed very similar. The installers actually showed up a week earlier than first estimated. They were very efficient and pleasant to work with. It took about 1/2 day to do the installation. I was very pleased with the job.

Description of Work: I had an appointment with Weathermaster to look at replacement windows at my rental property. I went to my rental property on the date and was early for the appointment time of 11 - 11:30. I waited until 11:45. During the time I was parked in my car, I saw one neighbor come home with groceries, another neighbor help with the groceries and one of my tenants arrive home and go into the house. I never saw the salesman. When I returned home, there was a message on my phone from the salesman at Weathermaster timed at 11:26. He was there to have me look at windows, but knocked on the door and got no answer. I called him and let him know that I had been sitting in the parking lot since 10:50 AM and had never seen him. He described my car and stated that he saw me sitting in it. I told him that I didn't think I wanted to pursue this job with his company, and he said, "I think that's a good idea."

Description of Work: I visited this company's web site and completed their web form request for a quote. I provided my work number with best times to call that number. I was interested in having 15 windows and 1 patio door replaced. No one ever contacted me. I went with another company instead.
