They came out to give me a quote and never provided me with one. After several attempts to get a quote out of them and no returned phone calls. I gave up.

I called him on a Friday morning because our front door would not close and we were concerned that the house would not be secure over the Halloween weekend. We had no idea what the problem was and we were at a loss for how to address it. He came immediately (within 1/2 an hour of my call), diagnosed the problem (swelling and binding caused by humidity), and was able to work the door to the point where it would close and lock. He also told me what would need to be done to fix the door permanantly and quoted me a reasonable cost to complete the job. He quoted me $75.00 over the phone (nearly half of what another handyman quoted) but ended up charging me $50. I was impressed with his professionalism and courtesy.

There was an historical snow storm in the northeast. The Sunday night before Christmas the large amount of snow fall accompanied by the snow plows had left my daughter's car buried and walled off. She has some physical limitations which prevented her from digging herself out. It was extremely important that she got out to work the next day and she was new to the area. The apartment complex would not help. I live in another state. Snow removal services were booked up. I called about a dozen Handyman services. Either they didn't answer their phone or said that shoveling was not in their repetoire. I thought to give it one last chance and I called "We Can Fix That" even though the address indicated that the business was on the other side of Baltimore. He said he would do it. Sure enough he was there to shovel (snow and ice) my daughter's car out ....on a weekend night, in a snow storm, the week of Christmas! I was very grateful and relieved that she was helped. She said that he worked very hard and was very nice.
