Description of Work: My land line (which is also my DSL line) loses the dial tone at the house (outside box) every so often, and the last time it happened it was for a week. During that time I tried to contact them about it, but only got recordings or website run-arounds -- until a service appointment was finally set up. | |They were late for the appointment and never called about it; I had to call to get a recording saying they'd be late and gave me a new time. Then they never showed up for that time, so I called the number again and got a recording saying they were late for the re-scheduled time. Never showed up. I called the number again and was told the appointment had to be cancelled and it would be three days until the next available time. | |This company has grown too big and too automated to be of any use when a failure occurs. I am dropping my land line and changing internet providers. Nice job, Verizon.

Everything works fine and that is the only interaction we have with them. Their prices are fair. We haven't had any issues with them. We will continue to use them.

I have not had very few problems with them; anytime I have a problem they have taken care of it right away. There is probably a service that is cheaper but I don't know what it is; their prices are fine with me. I will use them again in the future.

I have been using them 10+- years. The cell phone is only $100+-.
Description of Work: I consulted with them about a year ago. I use them for cable, internet, a land line, and a cell phone. I like their price. I got their fios services and the package deal. I would refer someone to them. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

We have so much bundled that if I went with individual packages, I wouldn't spend as much. They are prompt and responsive. I have very few technical problems.
Description of Work: I have been with them many years. They include land lines, internet, and television package. Then we have our five cell phones. I almost never use the land line voice mail, but it is bundled in our package.

I got rid of them once before, and went with other companies, and then returned to Verizon. For now they are ok.

Everything has been fine so far. They charge me about $140 a month. There was some preexisting wiring that they could use, but the technician checked some things outside as well as some wiring inside the house. He was very professional and fine. He got the job done and their customer service has been okay. One of the services that I had ordered had not been connected. So I had to call customer service and it worked out eventually. He spent about two hours when he came out. My experience has been satisfactory.
Description of Work: I use Verizon for cable, internet and phone service. They installed the service on November 24th.

They cut the irrigation water line when digging my yard. We called our irrigation company to fix it. We didn't want to flood. Verizon thinks they have the right to do anything they want as a utility company. I'm glad I have choices as to who to use.

We haven't really had any problems. We have really good service just about everywhere they go. If we have any problems or questions, we go into the store and they help us out really quickly. They're very friendly, and nice to deal with.

After over 2 years of trying to make this relationship work, I have finally terminated my Verizon DSL service and gone back to Comcast. Persistent billing problems finally killed it....they kept adjusting my rate, waiting a few months, and then putting the rate right back where it was to begin with. All the while the service seemed to get slower and slower. I like Verizon services overall (have been a Wireless customer for many years), but they are floundering with DSL.

Well, 2 installers came to do the work it took about 2 hours to get everything installed and working. They called a month later to see how the service was, but when we had a billing question it took forever to be able to speak to anyone on the help line.
