I haven't had to call them in a while and my own opinion is based on what I dislike about the other company in the area. I haven't really dealt with them very much directly.

They showed up one time and did exactly what he was suppose to and he didn't leave until he knew the job was done until I was satisfied.

They are reliable and dependable. Whenever I need their help they always show up within the frame of time they set up for the appointment. I have never had any issues with their service. I have been satisfied with their service so I have not done much shopping around.

I've been with them for four years now.

The price is a little high. We kind of have to use them.

They have the best coverage and that is the reason I choose them over another company. I would refer them to others and I will continue to use their services in the future for my cell phone provider.

I have a bundle package with Verizon for home phone, internet and cable service. The service has been good but the price is higher than I would expect.

They call us constantly. Their billing just goes up and we don't know why. We would tell people to stay away from them. They are fine for the triple play but we are getting out of the wireless.

They provide internet, phone and TV services as a bundle and charge about $187 a month for those. I am very happy with their technology like the usage of the phone, internet and television unlike with their direct services like their help on problems and things like that, which I think are okay.

Their prices are reasonable. I did have a problem getting them around; I had to keep talking to them, calling them back to get them out here and fix the problem. But, once they were here they were done really quickly. I didn't pay them anything because it was included in my service. The service that they provide is fine because I have no problem with the service now. The problem was in getting them out here but that was a while ago; hopefully they have improved now.

I like them. They have the best coverage in my area, I don't get dropped calls. Their service is expensive but they are competitive.

I like the services that they offer. The installation they did in the beginning was horrible. Their customer service is also horrible. I also think their prices are high for what I am getting. They are very inconvenient to deal with when I have a problem. Their quality is good.

Verizon has been responsive to questions I have asked about our services. I am pleased with the quality of service we receive and will continue to use them for internet, phone and television service.

They always come to your door and that is how I knew them. They recently dug up front of the streets and came out with a special. I spend $79 a month for everything. I haven't had any problems with them so far. It is a good service with good quality and everything.

I have talked to people in the past and they say it takes them forever, but I am going to give them an A. Everytime I called them, I get what I need within 24 hours.

I have been with Verizon for a long time on the Family Plan. In the past it has been very good, however lately it has not been great. I will continue to use Verizon.
