Description of Work: I moved to a new home, and had all of my services hooked up with Verizon Fios. The only thing they were able to make work was the television services. My Internet connection was not the speed I originally signed up for, and did not work for the first 2 1/2 weeks. I had a landline hooked up as well, which they were unable to make work. After a month of going back-and-forth with them, numerous "dropped calls," hours on the phone with tech support, and 2 technicians coming to my home, I gave up and canceled my services. I have never received worse customer support in my entire life. The bottom line is that they were unable to figure out why my landline wouldn't work. This is pathetic for a phone company. I had Comcast come out and they hooked everything up and it was working within one hour. The only decent customer support I received was when I called to cancel the services and they did not charge me.
