+ 0 moreI don't have a lot of complaints about their service. Their internet speed is a little slow and they keep wanting to sell you an upgrade, but I don't want to have to pay more to get a faster speed. They're very responsive to my calls and concerns.

+ -1 morethey ran a test to see if router was receiving signal. When it wasn't they talked me through checking to see if it was turned on and plugged in. When it was deemed that the router wasn't working, they sent me a new one by UPS with instructions on how to hook it up. No charge

+ -1 moreThe install took 5 hours, they had to come back the next day. My picture freezes about once a week and I have to reboot the stb to get it to work again. Sometimes I have to unplug the box and unplug and replug the cable to the stb. And.... I found out that the system that they installed in my basement to get FIOS has a $50 back-up battery that I have to pay to replace. With the high monthly fee that I pay to watch tv the system itself should not require me to pay out-of-pocket for any maintenance items like a back-up battery. Yet, I understand that FIOS is the best out there. WOW!!!
Description of Work: I have a 2 year bundled internet/phone/tv contract. It was installed wirelessly throughout the house.
