+ 0 moreDan your plumber was willing to come to my house and fix the issue, but I happened to have an emergency which required my management team on my condo complex to get it done ASAP as it was effecting the unit below me. Dan was very knowledgeable of what was going on and I really appreciate him going above and beyond to see that this issue get resolved. For his professionalism and courage to help me in a timely situation was beyond measures, due to the fact I couldn’t get anyone else during the timeframe he quoted me. I really, really thank him and hope you have other employees that are willing to step up when customers are in need. Thanks again, Mr. Ricky
