Description of Work: We hired Victor Kocent to complete a 100% renovation of our home. Initially, he was nice and seemed knowledgeable of the work, because he wanted the contract and the money. This contractor is unreliable and unresponsive. He was only able to be contacted when it was time for a check. He did not show up to supervise his workers and there was a worker present who was often under the influence of a substance. His workers do shoddy work and he does not stand by his work. His workers do not care about the quality of their work or the finished product. Several things had to be redone. He is a swindler and didn't remember the terms of his contract often stating, there's no money to do this when it was in his original bid. Currently, our garage door nor our heat is working and he is not returning calls or emails. The walls are cracking and several things are falling apart. I would not recommend this contractor to do anything. This was the worst experience I have ever had. We are filing a complaint with MHIC because he is not returning calls to complete work. We have to pay 3rd parties to repair the things he "fixed".
