I got in touch with Ty from TL Back through Yelp. I was looking to have a couple of faucets (one indoor, one outdoor hose spigot) replaced. Using Yelp, I sent requests for quotes to about 10 plumbers. Ty was one of 3 that not only responded, but responded promptly. After some back and forth questions about the job, the estimate, and expectations, I chose to go with Ty, and I'm glad I did. First, he was able to come on the day I chose (which was 2 days after contacting him), and his communication was excellent. He was polite, but also friendly, and when there were options for handling a scenario (such as re-piping a bit under the sink to add an extra cutoff valve for the hose spigot), he spoke to me first about what I wanted, instead of making the decision based on what would put the most money in his pocket. I found Ty to be honest, and he also did quality work. His total came in just below the low end of the original estimate he provided. I would certainly trust him to go more work, and he'll be my first contact next time I have a plumbing issue.

Ty came out on 2 separate times for 2 different clogs in 2 different areas of the house. He worked until the drains were totally cleared and water was running like it should.
