Two Guys Trash Removal

SUPER easy transaction (for me). Showed up when they said the would. Reasonable rate. professional on the phone. YEAH!

Contacted Ron via email during the holiday weekend, he responded and picked up Tuesday. Very responsive and a great price, saved me a lot of personal time of loading and taking it to the city dump. He also left the area very clean like the debris was never there. Highly recommend.

They came on time, got it and took it to the truck. The whole experience from opening the door to closing it was less than 15 minutes. They didn't track stuff in on my carpet nor scratch the hardwood floor when going out the front door.

Everything was great. Called Ron the morning before at 8:00am on July 14th. Asked to have his crew here at 7:30am the next morning July 15th and they were here at exactly 7:30am as promised. Ron on the phone was courteous and to the point and his 2 young workers were careful not to damage anything in our home during transport and were also courteous, thoughful and respectful. Equally important; his crew had brooms and trash cans and tidied-up our yard before they left and don't confuse tidied-up with cleaned-up...in other words, left yard presentable.

Called and spoke to Ron. Said they'd look at it and call back with an estimate. I never heard back in over a week. I did not try to call back myself and follow up, figuring there wouldn't be much point.

Company rep returned calls promptly, provided a very reasonable estimate and completed work as promised. They accommodated schedule changes graciously and were very thorough, polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again as the need arises. They did an excellent job and were a pleasure to deal with.

I called the contact number and got a voicemail confirming that I had reached the company. I left a message with a call-back number. They never called me back (this was at least 3 weeks ago.)

I would recommend contacting them by phone instead of email, I'm not sure the email is checked more than once a day (if that). To be fair, I think the communication was also hampered by the fact that I emailed them the Thursday evening before labor day weekend. Anyway, once I called them they gave me a range of times available for the next day. I picked the latest possible so I could try to be home from work. I was a little late and just missed them but they came right back when I called, no hard feelings and were quick and professional.

I left a message, but never received a response.

This company did not return my phone call within a reasonable period of time.

They were prompt, polite, accommodating and efficient. We are still in the process of cleaning out and plan to use them again.

They were great, pleasant, on time, and fairly priced. Showed up less then 24 hours from when I called and were kind to my kids, and flowers :)

They were very polite and prompt. They hauled away items from two locations that are about a mile away.

Like lightning! I called on Monday morning and they removed the oven by the time I got home from work the same day. The man I spoke with said he was already in the neighborhood so it was easy to pick it up at the same he was doing another job. All I had to do was drop a check in the mail the next day.

First, the company came out to take a look at the items and boxes of items to be hauled away. Ron concluded that if stacked in the truck carefully, all of it could be placed in one truck load, and that the charge would be $100.00. We scheduled an appointment for the following day, and the trash was hauled away as scheduled.

Ron replied quickly to my phone message, looked over the job, gave a cost estimate as a range of $850-1000 depending on number of truckloads. He was able to get the house cleaned-out faster than promised - within 3 days.

Ted, an employee called me back promptly and we scheduled an appt for 3 days later (he could have come earlier but my condo bldg. has rules against moving on the weekend.) He showed up promptly at the scheduled time and was very, very polite. They carefully removed and hauled away the items.

Great, they got back to me as soon as possible and came by the next day to remove the trash. I never saw them but they took everything including the check I left them in the mailbox.

They got it all on one truck. I was surprised. I thought it would take at least two trips. The price was very reasonable. They came when they said they would. They gave us a free estimate. They were very professional.

I emailed Two Guys Trash Removal and received a prompt response. Mr. Warner arranged for someone to review the job and then gave me an estimate with a very competitive price. The next day the debris was gone! Mr. Warner was a pleasure to work with -- polite, professional and prompt. The initial contact was made, estimate offered, job performed... all in 24-hours! After over 20 attempts to connect with vendors from different Angie's List categories, he's the first one who has actually come through for us. I just wish we could find someone as capable as him in other Angie specialties.

Great. They showed up on time and was done in 15 minutes. They were polite and professional.

Estimate of $130 was for tree only (I did not know this). Came and took tree, and left other junk. Called company immediately. Truck came back, removed the rest, and did not charge extra. I found it odd that they took the tree, but did not question why I had an old TV and stereo equipment laying outside in the rain next to it. Overall, good service and will use again.

Very good experience. I left a message describing what I wanted and they called back with a time. I only had one item (TV), so they combined this with another job.

They were very pleasant and seemed to work together well. They didn't complain about anything, just did what I asked them to do and got the work done. They were great! I've used them two times now and I've been very pleased.
