TruGreen Lawn Care - 5820

For two years I have contracted TruGreen to treat approx acre lawn. Each year I paid up front for six treatments. The problem is they have other treatments they push and you cannot tell which treatments are in the contract and which treatments are extra. They just show up spend 15 min. and leave a bill on the door. I caught on after I started receiving collection calls. I then watched for the truck and questioned the driver if the treatment was extra or not. Of course it was always part of the plan but the bills keep coming. Then there was the extra reseeding that did not take the first year. When I signed up the second year they said I had a free reseeding coming. Turns out it was not free. I finally got rid of the weeds by putting on weed and feed myself.

I have had only one treatment so far. They took the time to explain their approach.

I've used them for approximately 7-8 years. They come out on a regular basis. They do try to sell upgraded services such as shrub service, lawn seeding, and aeration. The prices for those seem a little on the high end. The above cost is per treatment.

Trugreen Chemlawn is very reliable and they come when they say they will. I think we have the prettiest yard in the neighborhood and some of the credit goes to this company. They are careful not to hurt my shrubs or flower beds. Their price is great.

Trugreen Chemlawn does an average job on our lawn. I think it should look better than it does. I used to be very satisfied with their work, but recently I've thought they haven't been getting the weeds as they should. We pay them on a quarterly basis.

I like the fact I need no contract with Trugreen. The techs are experienced, friendly and also give helpful watering and care advice. I am very pleased and my yard looks a lot better.

I've been very satisfied with Chemlawn. They always call me first to make the appointment. They come quarterly to spray and that is also how I pay them. Their price is very reasonable. I have no complaints and would gladly recommend them.

I am not sure that I'm all that happy anymore with the service from this company. I have been using them for about 2 years and lately, it doesn't seem like the work is getting completed. I also feel they are always hounding me to add extra services to my plan.

The treatments were reasonably effective. The problem with this company is that they never stop trying to sell you extra services such as spraying trees and bushes, extra lawn treatments, etc. They called more than once to pitch the same service we had already turned down. It's more of a sales organization than a lawn treatment company.

Rocky start, didnt show up as scheduled. This is my first application. He didnt put things back when he moved them. Have several more applications to be sprayed, will keep you informed as they go along with their treatment. Would I hire this company for future? Ill say yes & give them another try.

AT THE PRICE THEY CHARGE PER TREATMENT I THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD VALUE. ONCE I STARTED LOOKING INTO OTHER COMPANIES I THINK I COULD GET MORE VALUE FOR MY MONEY. I'M GOING TO SHOP AROUND MORE BEFORE I HAVE THEM BACK.

I AM NOT THRILLED WITH THEM. THEY KEEP TELLING ME THEY ARE GOING TO DO A WONDERFUL JOB AND I HAVEN'T SEEN THAT FROM THEM, BUT I PROBABLY WOULDN'T SEE AN IMPROVEMENT NO MATTER WHO I HAD WORK ON IT. THEY DID DO THE WORK QUICKLY THOUGH.

I GUESS WHEN THE WEATHER IS RIGHT THEY ARE FINE. THEY TELL US TO WATER THE LAWN, BUT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO DO THE WHOLE THING. OTHER THAN THAT, THEY ARE A FINE COMPANY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I WAS DEFINITELY SATISFIED. THEY MET ALL MY REQUESTS. THEY LEFT LABELS TO MAKE SURE NO ONE WAS EXPOSED TO THE CHEMICALS. THEY DIDN'T LEAVE ANY TRASH AROUND.

I WAS GENERALLY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THEY PROVIDED US AND ESTIMATE AND STAYED WITHIN THE PRICE THEY QUOTED. THEY WERE PROMPT AND DID THE WORK IN THE AMOUNT OF TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

THEY WERE FINE AT WHAT THEY DID. THEY CAME OUT WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED WITHIN THE AGREED TIMEFRAME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO OTHERS.

I DIDN'T THINK TOO MUCH OF THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY EXPENSIVE AND ONLY DID A FAIR JOB. HOWEVER, THEY DID COME WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND WERE EASY TO GET A HOLD OF.

I THINK THAT THEY ARE ACCEPTABLE. I FEEL THAT OUR LAWN COULD LOOK BETTER, BUT MY HUSBAND IS SATISFIED WITH IT. WE HAD SOME ODD GRASS IN OUR LAWN AND THEY CAME WITHIN THE WEEK TO DESTROY IT.

I THINK THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE FAIR TO GOOD WITH THEIR WORK. THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME AND TREAT FOR CRAB GRASS, BUT IT DID NOT WORK AT FIRST SO THEY RETREATED THE GRASS. THEY RETURNED IN A TIMELY MANNER TO DO THIS.

PLEASED WITH THE COMPANY. WAS NOT NECESSARILY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE TO THE YARD. THERE WAS A DROUGHT SO THE WORK DONE TO THE YARD WAS POINTLESS. THERE WAS NO MESS TO CLEAN UP. WAS HAPPY WITH THE PRICE.

I WAS PRETTY MUCH PLEASED WITH THEM MOST OF THE TIMES THEY CAME. THERE HAVE BEEN A COUPLE OF TIMES WHEN THEY HAVE TRIED TO FERTILIZE ON TOP OF THE LEAVES, SO IT HAS BEEN A LITTLE BIT OF A PROBLEM.

I THINK THEY ARE A FINE COMPANY. I APPRECIATE THEM DOING IT SO THAT I DON'T HAVE TO. THEY COME SEVEN TIMES A YEAR LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. I AM HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DO AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

TRUGREEN REPS ARE TYPICALLY PROMPT. HOWEVER, THEY FERTILIZE AFTER IT RAINS INSTEAD OF BEFORE IT RAINS. WE ARE CANCELING OUR SERVICE AT THE END OF THE YEAR. LAWN LOOKS TERRIBLE.

THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB, I DID HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEM AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR WITH SCHEDULING BUT THEY GOT IT WORKED OUT. TRU GREEN TAKES A LAWN OF NOTHING BUT WEEDS AND DIRT AND MAKES IT LOOK LIKE A GOLF COURSE. THATS WHY IM GOING TO USE THEM.

I WOULD SAY A EXCELLENT COMPANY TO USE BUT, LACK OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS. THEY WERE MISSING APPOINTMENTS WITH US. THE COMPANY PERFORMED A GOOD QUALITY OF WORK. MY LAWN LOOKS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS.
