Description of Work: The lawn treatment per their annual schedule. I told them not to complete this application as I wanted a manger to look at my lawn which wasn't as I expected it to be. The representative from the call center assured me the treatment had been cancelled and instead a manager would visit. No manager visited and the tech showed up and performed the treatment even though I was assured he would not. This same exact confusion happened once before. |Additionally, we were on an annual plan for the previous year but they did not call to confirm the new year's annual plan. Instead they billed us on a treatment by treatment basis, which is more expensive. I called and cancelled their service. |I was not happy with the way my lawn looked nor with the reliability of what I requested through their call center. I cannot recommend them. I started service with another company.

+ -1 moreBIG IMPROVEMENT ON GROWTH OF GRASS. THEY WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. MY HUSBAND WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY. WHEN WE HAD A SEVERE STORM, THEY CAME BACK AND REDID THE LAWN WITHOUT CHARGE.

+ -1 moreTHE LITERATURE THAT THEY LEFT SAID THAT WE SHOULD SEE NO WEEDS IN ONE WEEK TO TEN DAYS. I MONITORED A FEW PARTICULAR PATCHES OF WEEDS AND THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGE IN THEM. WHATEVER THE TREATMENT WAS, IT HAD NO EFFECT ON THE WEEDS. I WOULDN'T WANT TO CONTINUE WITH MORE TREATMENTS LIKE THIS ONE. THEY DO HAVE A GUARANTEE THAT THEY WILL REDO THE TREATMENT IF YOU DON'T SEE IMPROVEMENT.
Description of Work: THEY PROVIDED AN INITIAL WEED AND FERTILIZER TREATMENT TO MY QUARTER ACRE LAWN.

IT TOOK 4 TREATMENTS BEFORE WE NOTICED ANY DIFFERENCE IN OUR YARD, BECAUSE THEY USE SPRAY ON FERTILIZER WHICH CAN WASH AWAY. I WOULD NOTICE THE GUY WHO CAME OUT WOULD NOT TREAT OUR ENTIRE BACKYARD AND WEEDS WERE PRETTY COMMON. I'VE SINCE CANCELLED THE SERVICE AND HAVE HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY.
