TruGreen Lawn Care - 5820

Description of Work: Have been telling Trugreen to terminate all services since Aug 2011. In writing, phone calls & telling the tech when they showed up to treat yard. I have names, dates & copy of the letter I sent in Aug 2011 explaining that I would not be employed after 8/31/2011 & I wouldn't be able to pay for any future services. They came out twice in May 2012 and are now trying to collect $299.83 for services. Very frustrated with them. One of the persons I spoke with was very rude to me on the phone over this bill they want paid. Then I found out last month that there were no notations on my account from the phone calls of last year and the letter I sent, to stop service!!! Two weeks ago I called the main Trugreen customer service number to make a complaint about the rudeness of the person that called me for payment. Customer service service said the local manager would call me. To do day, I've heard nothing from them, other than another call today (7/16/12) from Trugreen Accounts Dept wanting me to pay them. You get service from these guys and you'll not be able to get them to stop. And I never signed any kind of contract.
