Horrible customer service. This company provided my original HVAC install. I called them 1yr 10mo later as the AC had stopped working correctly and spoke to Steve. A technician was sent out 2 days later to look at it and said it looked like a clogged line, an issue he stated typically only happens if the installer did not perform the install correctly. He said they would talk with the team and put us on the schedule the next day for the repair. Received a call from Steve the next day. Call transcript as follows: Me: This is ____ Steve: I talked to your wife and it will be $450. Me: Ok wel-- Steve: I know what you're going to say. You're going to say something about a warranty, there is no warranty on a 2year old unit. Me: Well it's not 2 years old Steve: Yea ok. Me: I don't know much about HVAC units and I can check my papers but I thought there was a 5-year parts ------- Steve: The warranty doesn't apply to this, this is an issue with the filter component and on a 2-year system you have to expect this. Me: So the filter system should only last 2 years? Steve: Depends on how the system runs but they should last 7-10 years. Me: Ok, wel----- Steve: I'm just gonna stop you there, I see your gonna be difficult so you can just call someone else and have them do it. *hangs up* Steve snapped all responses to me and frequently cut me off. This is highly unprofessional and rude. My questions were not out of the ordinary asking about items such as a warranty, and I tried to note that his own tech said it was installed incorrectly (again they did the install) but was cut off and hung up on. Do not do business with this company if you can help it. They obviously install incorrectly (the tech stated our house was the second he visited with the same install error that day, the other system was only 6 months old) and they won't talk about the work with you unless you blindly agree to their pricing. I was forced to use them as my HVAC was a Fannie Mae install 2 weeks before we moved in.

Trinity Mechanical Services Inc destroyed our refrigerator. The serviceman told my wife about 5 different things after she had told him specifically what the issue was. They spent 4 hours at the house to come up with the conclusion that it was exactly what we told them the problem was. They ordered a part but they never came back to fix the refrigerator so we had to fix it ourselves.
