Wilson and his team did an awesome job replacing our roof along with some custom work installing custom copper roofing, gutters and downspouts. It looks beautiful and really improved the look and curb appeal of our entire home. My wife and I would highly recommend him.

We highly recommend Three Milo G Renovation. Wilson Mendez is VERY reliable and does excellent work. He replaced our old leaking garage roof: removed the old roof, replaced some cracked boards and installed underlay and new asphalt tiles…all in one day! He also came back the next week to replace the rotten soffit. He made sure that the area was clean and all nails had been picked up before he left. The communications and the work quality were well beyond my own expectations and well beyond what I have experienced from other vendors. Work started right on time. Cleanup was superb. As an added benefit, they discovered and replaced rotten plywood under the shingles which had they not showed that to me and replaced it, would have caused serious future issues. The price was very reasonable considering I used the highest quality shingles and extra work was needed due to the deterioration of the roof.
