It went very well. Cruz Cleaning company was very professional, on time, communicated well, and had great customer service. I highly recommend them and when cleaning services are needed again I will definitely use their services.

I recently hired Cruz Company for a deep cleaning at my rental property and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They paid meticulous attention to detail. The pricing was fair and of great value. I would highly recommend them for their reliable and through cleaning service.

Not so good. First they didn't see the house before providing a quote. Once they arrived, we walked upstairs and she asked me what I wanted done! HUH? So I told her. I left them to do their work. I paid (higher than the price quoted). Upon inspection, my bookshelves were still dusty. The stairs had not been cleaned or vacuumed. The kitchen sink had not been cleaned, microwave not cleaned, kitchen trash not taken out. Shower upstairs not cleaned. Behind my four drawer container in the bathroom the floor still had hair. The container was still dusty. They mopped around the kitchen rugs. In the downstairs bedroom the table was not cleaned, headboard dusty. Window sills at the front door, dusty. Most of the mirrors looked like they were cleaned with a dirty cloth (streaks, smears). I will not use them again.
