The Baltimore Sun Co

I had been a paper subscriber for 25 years and in the last couple of years I received late newspapers or none at all. I decided to give The Sun another chance and switched to an electronic version only to be sent to my email address daily. Whatever The Sun has done with their software in the last couple of months has totally ruined it for me. There was a week with no paper with the excuse they were updating their software. Today was the last draw for me as I did not get a paper and after being referred to three different people I decided enough was enough. I do not deserve to be run around when I am paying for their service. I can get whatever news I desire on the internet now. Goodbye Baltimore Sun once and for all!

The people recognized that they had made the error but didn't refund our money. I'd never work with them again.

Having subscribed for 58 years to the Sun Paper and never having a payment issue I had to cancel the subscription, The carrier over the last 5 yrs has refused refused to put the paper in the tube. The Sun of course said they would correct the problem which lasted for a day or two eaxh time, This carrier purposely through the paper into the gutter or only delivered 4 out of 7 days a week each time he was scolded.
