Tenezaca Landscaping

I found Tenezaca on Angie's List and sent them an email to get an estimate. Javier came by on Friday, 9/21 to review the work to be done. He asked me to email him with the name of a specific plant I wanted to be used. He promised an estimate by the following Monday. When the estimate had not arrived by the following Wednesday, I called and left a message asking for the estimate via email. Javier called a couple of days later, leaving the estimate by phone. I returned his call asking for clarification because the voicemail was hard to understand. I again asked for the estimate in writing. Javier came by unannounced the following week and again explained the what he would do and the cost. I told him point blank that I needed the estimate in writing and that an email outlining the work and cost would be sufficient. .Javier promised that an email would be sent the next day. It never arrived. On Oct 9th I began to work with another company I found on Angie's List. Their response was immediate including an estimate and contract by email the day after the work to be done was reviewed.

They are very thorough in the clean up. The lawn looks very good when they're done. They have good quality work and they are reliable.

I have been very impressed by the team's professionalism, work ethic and punctuality. I have been using their service for two months and I can set my clock by their visits. Their latest visit was as attentive as their first. I bought a new new house with over two acres with an expansive landscape/hardscape footprint. It would take me 6-8hrs weekly to maintain the exterior of my home after spending 60hrs in the office. The Tenezaca team allows me to reallocate the time that I would have spent on my yard sharing it with my family or can even get in 9 holes of golf a week with 4hrs to spare. Not only do I get that time back, they have the resources to do it much better that I could have ever imagined to have done it. I have had several guests visit my house over the last month and the feedback about our landscaping has all been positive. I've had people drive by the house to take the contact information off of the Tenezaca Landscaping sign that I have agreed to display in my yard. Their rates are very reasonable. They were not the most inexpensive but the quality of service we get makes those few dollars seem trivial in the grand scheme of things. I would highly recommend this landscaping service.
