TECHLAB PHOTO IMAGING

I am writing to praise the excellent quality and customer service that I received from Tech Lab. It is not easy to find excellent customer service these days and even more rare to find professional photo services and excellent customer service at a reasonable price. I have utilized products and services from this photo store on several occasions and am consistently pleased with the results. Not only are the photo finishing/enlargement services professional grade but they are always on time and with a smile! Techlab even sends out a monthly emails with special discounts for their previous customers. I love this because I'm always looking for a bargain if I can find it! I live in the south end of the city, but do not hesitate to make the trip to Belvedere Square for all my photo processing needs. Two thumbs up for the lab! Keep up the good work!

When I dropped off my slides, the cashier correctly noted which slides were to be developed into which print sizes. Upon pick up of the prints, I pointed out that the colors on all eleven prints did not match the slides. I left the prints for review by a manager. The manager told me that she would reprint one photo, but that I should have specified that I wanted the prints to look like the slides. I was displeased with all prints and refused her offer. She would not provide me a refund even though she didn't have a return policy posted in the store or on my receipt. I told her this was illegal and reported the Techlab to the BBB and the Office of the Attorney General. They didn't respond to the BBB and responded to the Attorney General with lies. Since, they have sneakily posted a return policy next to their cash register in order to cover their butts. I ate the cost of this poor choice of labs and took my slides to Camera's ETC in Newark, DE who always do an excellent job.
