Description of Work: He did a radon inspection and a fantastic job with the home inspection. He emailed me a copy of all his findings with pictures. He was friendly and excellent at finding problems and things that needed to be repaired.

+ -1 moreTom was great. Very friendly, on time, very thorough. Every consent was addressed. i now feel like there isn’t on inch of that house. I don't know about. I am pinky when it comes to choosing people like this, but Mr. owner is really what you should look for on a home inspection.
Description of Work: Full home inspection of very old row home in baltimore that had been rehabed. Tom made us feel confidant that the rehab was a quality job. Rodon levels and the roof was also checked.
