Super Scrub: Cleaning with the power of Citrus

I hired this company twice and had a great first experience in 2011 but a mediocre second experience in 2012. I had them clean the exact same 3 rooms both times and they charged me $180 both times for 3 rooms. The first time Kevin and his partner came out, he spent 2+ hours at my home, he spent time explaining everything he was doing and carefully went over any and all spots. He was thorough and very professional. I was very pleased with their work. When they came out the 2nd time, they did a rushed and sloppy job. They were in and out in 45 minutes and did not spend extra time working on stained spots. I was disappointed that they did not spend time working on stained spots and felt that I had not gotten my money's worth. Based on my 1st experience, I would have given them an A across the board but my 2nd experience was more like a C or D. I would hesitate to use them again in the future.

Rugs are over 10 years old and never been cleaned. My dog was ill and went on one of the rugs. Decided to have both rugs cleaned. Their cleaning process was explained to me, especially how they cleaned rugs where dogs have gone on. They were returned in a week. They looked and smelled great. It has been 3 months now and there has not been any return odor on the one rug. They also offer free pickup and delivery.

Arrived on time, moved some furniture and put protective pads under unmovable furniture, made sure carpets were thoroughly clean and also disinfected them when I mentioned my granddaughter who was crawling at the time was a frequent visitor. Did not charge me more for the disinfecting. Will definitely have them come back!

We were really pleased with this company. I am chemically sensitive, and it is so nice to have clean carpets without breathing in chemical scents. Our oriental rugs came back looking good. Kevin, the owner, worked around our schedule in getting the rugs back in our house and is a very personable guy. His prices are extremely reasonable, and and he did not charge us to haul away some old carpeting and rugs we wanted to dispose of. We will definitely use this company again.

The upstairs bathroom pipe fitting fractured and flooded the upstairs, main floor and basement. Remediation heaters used to dry the damage caused a wine bottle to pop it's cork in the dining room, and left stains on the upstairs landing where where the blower was eventually placed to dry the upstairs. In the Living room a loveseat was soaked which left discoloration and stains. Kevin and J arrived at the scheduled time and within 45 minutes had cleaned the carpets in the dining room, stairs and upstairs landing removing stains we thought were baked in by the remediation heaters and would never come out in . Our 25 year old carpet looks NEW! The loveseat white on white looked pristine except for the water stain that had baked before the cork popped and the blower relocated .The technicians were prompt, professional, efficient and personable. We would definitely use them again!

When I called Super Scrub, they were able to schedule an appointment pretty quickly (1 week after the call). They did a fantastic job. My carpet had several large pet stains and the carpet looks brand new again!

I was exceptionally pleased at how easy it was to schedule an appointment, the reminder call, how courteous the technician was, and how fabulous the end result was! He even got rust stains out of the cream-colored carpeting!

The carpet was filthy! Superscrub was able to accomodate my schedule and arrived just on time. Their equipment handled the job easily and the carpet not only looked refreshed and clean, but it smelled really nice when the gentleman was done. Extra care was taken to treat a few spots and a small bottle of spot cleaner was left for treating future spills. The gentleman was very professional and a very nice person. I certainly will hire Superscrub again and I would not hesitate to recommend Superscrub to my friends.

I was not actually here when Super Scrub Carpet Care preformed the service (I couldn't get off work), but my mother was there the whole time and was very impressed by their service and professionalism. Seeing the final outcome I was very pleased. The carpets look almost brand new (we just had carpet replaced in our basement, so we had a good standard on which to compare) and the sofa was brightened up with all stains completely removed. The thing that I was most happy with was the tile steam cleaning. One half -baths in my home has broken / mosaic tile (think like someone had one large piece of tile and took a sledge hammer to it). With the same piece of the tile the amount of grout is overwhelming and extremely hard to clean. After the tile was cleaned the difference was astonishing - it looked better than when I purchased the house! I would definitely recommend Super Scrub Carpet Care

They came out quickly and accommodated our tight schedule. They did an excellent job. They cleaned something's we did not even ask them to do. So they went above and beyond!

I was very happy with everything. They were here a little bit early and got the work done as advertised. They did a fantastic job on some spots that my wife and I tried to get up a number of times and just couldn't. We were very pleased and I will use them again in the future.

The owner came out himself on short notice. They use eco-friendly chemicals. The owner's smile and personality match exactly his smile on his website! Very reasonably priced. Careful to work around the kids and the cat. Since they don't use harsh chemicals we didn't have to leave the house. The carpets had looked decently cleaned when we moved in, but after his service we have whiter carpets that we had originally thought! He is now on our Christmas card list!
