+ -1 moreMost things were handled in a timely fashion. However, it seems that many of errors should never have taken place.
Description of Work: Southway was the builder for our home. They did an OK job. Multiple issues that required revisions, even years after we moved in. Floods on every level of the house, flashing not installed correctly, foundation problems, leaks in the basements, poor paint jobs, garbage in the walls, etc.
